1. OpenNCP 1.1.3 - Quality Assurance (progress report)
- Bumped all mini-projects to release versions
- Push the changes to google code
- Compiled all mini-projects and shared all jar/war artifacts on google drive
- Tested all artifacts. By now it was only detected a problem with TRC-STS, that Ivo and Marcelo will check and try to solve.
2. OpenNCP 1.1.3 - Release Process (readiness)
Depending on the QA feedback (provided by Kostas, Konstantin and Marcelo Fonseca)

3. OpenNCP 2.0.0 - Development Planning (use cases - services)

- Release date: 22 May (Thursday) > OpenNCP 2.0.0
- PAC Demo:
-- Presence of several versions for the same language (EN-US, EN-GB) - needs to be consolidated;
--- Arnaud: interact with CareCom to find a solution for this issue;
-- All the functionality is there, but more designations are needed (LTR sync)
--- The sync was already tried (to include Portuguese and Italian designations) but an issue appeared (and was reported to Carecom);

- HCER:
-- Portal changes are being developed by Gnomon

3.1 Development (PAC and HCER):

3.2 Test Automation:
--- The test automation team will possibly include members from Sweden and Portugal, guided by Norbert Répas (interaction with epSOS Test expert group).
--- Proceed with the clarifications - near Mustafa - regarding the - D3.C.1 Appendix-B - Proof of Concept Testing Strategy Details (Test Levels & Phases)
--- FOCUS ON: the OpenNCP 2.0.0 QA stage MUST include some automated tests (with Gazelle) even if they cover only epSOS 1 Services (PS or ep/eD)
4. OpenNCP - Version Control plan(1.1.3 to 2.0.0)
Release process 1.1.3:
--- Merge branch release/1.1.3 with master branch.
--- Tag master branch with 1.1.3.
--- Locally, the changes from the master branch will be merged with branch develop. All the conflicts that will probably occur will be solved locally.
--- The merge will be pushed to google code.
--- From now on all the openNCP support and new developments will be done on develop branch.
Release process 2.0.0:
--- Create a branch release/2.0.0 from develop branch
--- All the mini-projects will bumped from snapshot to release version
--- After release 2.0.0 the branch release/2.0.0 will be merged with master and develop branch.
