MEETING NOTES
a) PPT Preparation
- All countries registered;
- Slovenia > will note participate dur to financial constraints;
- [Juergen - Tuncay] Do we have at least 3 PNs for services Slovenia was testing?
- Tuncay > no problem with Slovenia going out
- Fixes or Improvements needed
- This email (epSOS OpenNCP Jira <jira@openncp.atlassian.net>) address should be used for reporting OpenNCP problems during PPT and after:
- [Juergen Share with Tuncay] - done
b) VPN issue progress
> Action taking:
- I think one solution should be all the pn's have the same openswan version and public ip without nat. I know it is not so easy as each pn has different OS and so on.
- Should we disable the VPNs for the PPT slot (no real patient data MUST be used)?
- Will this option jeopardize the PPT scope? Not really;
- Is the necessary effort doable for PPT-slot participants in good time?
- Some effort will be needed, but in some countries COULD open a 2 alternative: PORTs without VPNs
- [LKM] Check with PNs (techLeaders) enrolled in the PPT if they can open VPNless conectivity
- [Juergen] Check with Tuncay, Marcello, Soeren, TPML, if this action is acceptable and provide a decision until 26thSepth; [Jürgen will do]
- Is there any chance to have an external consultant for VPN issues?
- Do we already have someone expert in VPN for put in place if needed?
- VPN allows one more security layer (encription and authentication), but is that needed?
- Discuss this in eSens with all the Stakeholders
- To change this in Operation, this MUST escalate to PSB decision
c) Specification presentation (MRO + CTS2 [TSAM Adaptation])
MRO specifications have been published together with the HCER ones.
CTS2 [TSAM Adaptation ]
[Giorgio]
As written in the last mails the CTS2 based specifications are those published on march, since no changes have been proposed during the revision phase.
Moving to a practical plan my proposal is the following: I’ll talk with Harold Solbrig (MAYO) and Ana Esterlich (Phast) next week in Boston to understand what is concretely available as already implemented operations (in their server and in their toolkit). Based on them we can schedule a first epSOS release of this component hopefully without requiring additional software development.
[Marcello Melgara]
Considering the Industry Team did not give any feedback, after the contact with MAYO and Phast, I suggest we get in touch with ELGA (Norbert, Peter Brosh), Maarten (IT), Annika (CareCom), Licinio (OpenNCP) to verify the existence of other alternatives and consolidate the choices.
[Norbert]
As for the CTS2, it was told me (by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Health - AFMH), that the responsible for the CTS2 Review is Dr. Peter Brosch, from AFMH. I was in touch with the Dortmund University of Technology, but! I should not participate in the review. The acquired information I can not share with epSOS. There are several reasons, mainly -> because the development of the Austrian CTS2 solution is not yet complete. I would be happy to contact Mr. Brosch regarding this case!
