1. OpenNCP 1.1.2 - Code Freeze

2. OpenNCP 1.1.2 - QA Assessment

Gareth: reinforce the principle/good practice that the QA stage should be shared by every member in the community (at least while we don0t have a QA focused team) and automated when possible)

- Ivo: prepares the release - and share artefacts with Gareth and Kostas;

- Gareth: Proceed (during 9 April) with QA Stage for eP/eD!

- Kostas: Proceed (during 9 April) with QA QA Stage for PS-A & B!

-- Gareth & Kostas: will report to Ivo the result of the QA stage.

--- with 2 YES > Ivo will Release 1.1.2 for JoinUp;

--- with 1 YES > Ivo will evaluate the severity from the issues found;

--- with 0 YES (2 NO) > Ivo will suspend the release and Licinio will regroup team effort around issues that need to be addressed before releasing;

AUTOMATE QA (Norber & Marcelo Fonseca have started work on this, there is work to do that should be added for the next sprint)

3. OpenNCP 1.1.2 - Release Process

- Ivo: will be responsible for releasing OpenNCP 1.1.2 Artefacts for JoinUP;

- Licinio: will be responsible for the release notes on the OpenNCP 1.1.2 (Jira release and email sharing)

- Ivo: After releasing 1.1.2 prepare the source repositories for get developments commits regarding 1.1.3 - that may happen during PAT and the week after (from Apr 15 to 26).
