1. GOVERNANCE

Steering committee

  - Main outcome (): Discussion about hand over of OpenNCP (and what needs to be done) and future Governance in CEF
    - It will be further discussed in a next meeting on October, and the role of OpenNCP, later in Nov with OpenNCP Steering Committee, later in eHN. By then we should have a more clear picture.
    - Licinio Kustra Mano to Rui Alves (Unlicensed): Set of questions that DG-SANTE provided that will help to close the gap - Check minutes - request to Tech Main Shop - agree on a date to reply to OpenNCP.

2.1 Migration to WebLogic (EC)

Status: Jerome was working on this issue. No further developments on this.
- Markus (Unlicensed): S is working mostly on CI and CS installation - no major developments on this.

2.2 Others

Support issue: OPENNCP-54 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Markus (Unlicensed):

- Jerome explained that Jenkins is installed
- There is an issue about static configs in JENKINS - minor issue
- We would like to ask who would be willing to test CI with us - open group for testing/e-mail discussions - later on we could use the same taskforce to test the Config Server

Licinio Kustra Mano:

- Make sure that new Release of OpenNCP will be tested under new CI Environment
- Challenge to Tech Committee: How can we test this CI Environment?
- - - - Rui Alves (Unlicensed) to include this in the meeting agenda - and practicalities.
        Rui Alves (Unlicensed) add the Installation Manual Questions in the agenda as well.
        
        Jerome as well was testing Bamboo - he needs to know what blockings are there in Jenkings.

Support issue: TSYNC-7 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Status:
- Markus (Unlicensed): The successful connection was actually from Alexandre Santos's Home Computer at Night. Perhaps there might be a problem.
- Alexandre Santos: I will try it again in our infrastructure during the day and check the timings (considering the timings Markus and Jerome said it took).
- Markus (Unlicensed): Important to have maybe two testes: 1 from scratch and one updating what's existing...

3.0 New Release: OpenNCP 2.3.0 RC-0

- Stéphane Spahni: In Switzerland not yet installed.
- Licinio Kustra Mano: At least 3 members should have it ready to provide feedback. PT already installed.
- - Rui Alves (Unlicensed): Ask Marcello Melgara if they have installed it yet.
  - Swittzerland could test it as well, it would be great.

3.1 Proxy configuration (EC)

3.2 e-SENS: eID

- LARMS, Local Attribute Retrieval and Mapping Services - New OpenNCP Release: 2.3.0 RC-0 with LARMS integrated - https://openncp.atlassian.net/wiki/x/H4CyAw
- Until end of 2015 - include eID Level 2 - LAM.
- Alexandre Santos: During this week Fraunhofer will make available the next component - and we will start to study the integration - OpenNCP & OpenNCP Portal.
  - We expect at any time the arrival of new components.
  - Soeren is expecting feedback from countries about translations.
  - After receiving the components we will start working on the integration.

3.3 e-SENS: SMP

- Joao Cunha: We had three meetings about this BB.
  - We discussed about critical points - VPN Connections, Security, ATNA problem, and others
  - Me and Uwe have almost all the knowledge to finish the document - expected end of this week - later have the revision of the community to have it consolidated and done.
- Licinio Kustra Mano: Steering Commitee concerned about what can be implemented until 2016. Does the doc provide answers?
- Joao Cunha: We don't have dates about timelines on the DIGIT installation of SML... No concrete dates so far.
- Markus (Unlicensed): The SML installation from DIGIT will be not necessary because the SMP is going to be installed in University of Piraeus...
- Joao Cunha: But there are other dependencies
- Stéphane Spahni: The need to install DNSSEC...
- Markus (Unlicensed): I think it is not mandatory, it's my understanding.
- Stéphane Spahni: It was in the mail from Masi... Question is if the Domain of OpenNCP is EC or not... My NCP is from another doamin...
  - We have to be careful with this, may not be an easy task.
  - Joao Cunha to have this in consideration in the document, maybe as a chapter: Special Requirements for Countries adopting the SMP.
  - Joao Cunha and Uwe to finish the document on SMP in the end of the week.

3.4 Trillium Bridge Transformer

- Rui Alves (Unlicensed): Check this later.

Licinio Kustra Mano: Question to Tech Committee: What issues of the Support Board is supposed to be taken care of, since last meeting (do not add new stuff: high priority to bugs and fixes).

Rui Alves (Unlicensed) to send a confirmation about tomorrow's meeting (keep the later meeting invitees).

4. AOB

EXPANDATHON - Licinio Kustra Mano: 09 Dec 2015 - 11 Dec 2015

- IHE Event focused on C-B Health care services (PS/eP) - alike the epSOS Projectathons
- IHE Event to test connectivity and performance between members
- Interoperability Tests (Conformance) and End2End Tests - we would like to have physicians (doctors)
- All the countries willing to participate - inform EXPAND or inform us here - NO FEES

Goal: Not only test, but help countries gathering evidencies for the CEF Call - How ready am I for applying to CEF?

Licinio Kustra Mano and Markus (Unlicensed): From the Steering Commitee: Two new goals arised for this event:

- Close the testing stage of these two CS.
- F2F Discussion on the findings from EC Security Tests
