  1. Take the OpenNCP to the next version;
  2. Assist and resolve any support issues that may arise;
  3. Handover to (DG-SANTÉ) for long term sustainability organisation;

FROM PREVIOUS MEETING:

Since we could not have the full Technical Committee on 3rd August (Stephane on holidays) no decisions were taken beyond the following guidelines:

a) During August, consolidate as much as possible the three open epics with e-SENS (NonRP, eID Level 1, SMP assessment), no new epics should be taken on board.

b) Meet as soon as everyone is back from holidays: September 2nd, 13h00 CEST.

0.1. Overarching Vision

- MISSION
  - Along epSOS:
    - Open group of people orchestrated by an agile software development methodology conducting effort on designing, coding, testing and delivering OpenNCP software
  - Beyond epSOS:
    - Open group of people orchestrated by common principles, conducting effort on designing, coding, testing and delivering eHealth Interoperability technology
- VISION
  - Along epSOS:
    - Design and develop a set of Open Source Components (OpenNCP) that can be adopted by Participating Nation, to build their local implementation of the epSOS NCP.
  - Beyond epSOS:
    - Design, develop and sustain a set of open source components (OpenNCP) that can be adopted by anyone, to build an eHealth Information Exchange Point.

2. Developments status

a. CDA Display Tool Update + Model-Based Validator (Kostas + Tech Committee + EC Team)

Kostas Karkaletsis & Marco Bernardini lead:

- Marco Bernardini: Able to run the test
  - Documentation is complicated - I'll need some help (quick call) from someone...
  - Kostas Karkaletsis: Problem is the understanding of what to change...
  - Marco Bernardini: Need input to start, need to clarify the scope
  - Kostas Karkaletsis: changes specified in Giorgio's e-mail
    - CDA L3 document as input
    - epSOS Rep with Translation Terminologies
    - HTML document as output
    - Stand-alone tool can be used by NCP Portal and epSOS Portal (from Finland)
  - ESTIMATION TIME: Difficult to predict
  - Kostas Karkaletsis: Available to help - Marco Bernardini please contact Kostas Karkaletsis for technical clarifications if needed.

b. eID (Alexandre)

Alexandre Santos:
- Last Friday in Berlin, Ben sent the final component eID LAM+ (Fraunhofer OpenNCP)
- Sent also zip file to be uploaded to JoinUp
- We were pointed to TRC-STS war file that was developed by Fh + Masi - made available - TODAY WE GOT THE SOURCE CODE
- During today these 2 artifacts will be available on Bitbucket and JoinUp and will be apart of the new release.
- We are pointing next release to next Friday
- If not possible to have CDA for next Friday, we can add it as an add-on next week?
  - Feasible to have ready the CDA Display Tool Update
- eID - New developments that are going to be included in Portal... Lombardy will not have access since don't use Portal - Alexandre already sent components to Marcello by e-mail.
- Kostas Karkaletsis: TRC-STS war file - have they used the latest... TRC-STS?
  - Alexandre Santos will check but he thinks yes.
- Kostas Karkaletsis: Shouldn't they work on a branch on the BitBicket? Is this the best procedure?
  - They should have access to BitBucket, and we would be able to track changes...
  - Alexandre Santos: He is going to start, he already has been given access on BitBucket, and in the future things will go "the right way"...
- Marcello Melgara: Please let me know Kostas Karkaletsis about using CDA Display Tool outside Portal...
  - Kostas Karkaletsis: Yes, those are libs... You can use them.
- Rui Alves (Unlicensed): We are not only going to add eID LAM, but also LAM+, which is another stage of eID, right?
- Alexandre Santos: Yes.
  - In LAM+: Signing by the SmartCard of the Patient, and not from NCP-B certificate...
  - Trust between NCP is the same, supported by their certificates
  - Kostas Karkaletsis: Are you making changes in the OpenNCP Portal...?

Joao Cunha:
- Currently developments are finnished
- Working with University of Pireaus to have server ready for tests: expected to have them ready until next week.
- Otherwise we'll need to use the DIGIT server for this.
Markus (Unlicensed): If you need something from DIGIT side, we need to know beforehand, to check if everything is OK

d. Evidence Emmitter (Kostas)

Kostas Karkaletsis:
- Started Pre-EXP Tests and validate tokens - found some issues.
- Issues needed to be fixed - policy files.
- I will change them and commit them...
- Proxy feature...
- Is this going to be included? Or only the Non-Rep changes...
- They affect all the components that have dependencies on epSOS UTILS

3. PRE EXPANDATHON TESTS

Kostas Karkaletsis: Anyone started yet?
- Stéphane Spahni: Not yet
- Rui Alves (Unlicensed) Not yet...
- Heiko Zimmermann: Not started yet, building OpenNCP from the ground...

Kostas Karkaletsis: Several problems from the
Found an old issue of OpenNCP - answer not available (no patient found) - this message not passes the validators. This issue was known but never fixed...
Gazelle gives an error

Kostas Karkaletsis will check with IHE to check this validator...

The other issues are related to IHE simulator validators...
As it is now it is impossible to pass the Gazelle Pre Test
Kostas Karkaletsis:
- Tryed to minimize the number of tests - got a negative answer... It will be hard to complete 3 tests in 3 days.
Rui Alves (Unlicensed): Do everyone agree?
- Stéphane Spahni: Agree... 2 and half days.
Markus (Unlicensed): Are the participants aware of conditions? And the ones not having an up-to-date OpenNCP will have very short time...

- Is IHE/EXPAND will send and e-mail to participants in order to express what to test, which version will be tested, in which day tests ...
- Request answer from them, that they agree...
- Kostas Karkaletsis: Pre-EXP Tests are specifically for this.
- Markus (Unlicensed) send e-mail to EXPAND (Marcello Melgara) CC Licinio and Lilia and Tech Committee.

- Also my workflow (I sent in the mail) - we are changing the workflow - DESCRIBE THE WORKFLOW IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
- PIN CODE is requested only once... We must be rigorous about this - This is CRITICAL! Must be done in a controled way...
- Show something in Lisbon that does not comply... We will miss the value of "showing something"...
- Alexandre Santos: Possibly we'll need to skip LAM+
- Marcello Melgara: Legal issue is very complex - LAM for Emergency only (just for now)
- Alexandre Santos: Not the most user-friendly, but got from Soeren that all those screens are needed for legal issues, patient consent...
