0) House Keeping:

a) OpenNCP Community Governance: 

• Restarting Activities (EXPAND Guardianship);
  • EXPAND WP5 - Technical Maintenance Shop (Licinio Kustra Mano chair of this Shop)
    • Nominate OpenNCP Committees responsible people;
    • Nomination proposal: https://openncp.atlassian.net/wiki/x/DYANAg
      • Licinio Kustra Mano: But some of the nominated could not confirm in the meeting (not attending), request confirmation by email;
      • Licinio Kustra Mano ask WP5: who is representing MS interests and concerns.
  • Scope OpenNCP in EXPAND
    1. Take the OpenNCP to the next version;
    2. Assist and resolve any support issues that may arise;
    3. Handover to (DG-SANTÉ) for long term sustainability organisation;

b) Activities progress monitoring

  • Assessment on how much of the current code is based on GPL V3 and what can move to a less constrained licence model (like ASL V2)
    • Who's working on it: Konstantin Hyppönen will write a comment on the background of the subject and a recommendation on how to progress.

  • Assessment (technical) on the use cases work out on Stork and Trillium Bridge

    • Domain Pilot Plan (eSENS-WP5.2.1-PilotPlanning_v1.6_20150127.xlsx)

    • Non-Repudiation BB is available and ready for integration into OpenNCP official fork:

      • Non-Rep Evidence Generator: specification, implementation and generation of test artefacts done

      • Patient Access to Evidence BB: Massi and soeren are currently reviewing available technologies, Massi brought RESTFul IHE ATNA into consideration

      • TODO (6): integration and publishing as official component in at least official e-SENS fork of the OpenNCP, potentially also as a generalized service from CIP

      • TODO (7): generation of technical installation documentation and guideline / best-practice for what evidences need/should be collected (potentially with collaboration with WP4)

    • Who's working on it: Rui Pinto (Unlicensed), Massimiliano Masi, Kostas Karkaletsis

    • migrating the Continuos Integration Environment from iUZ

    • Progress report: The migration instructions have been shared, and some time for analysing was requested by the DG-S.
  • EXPAND (via PT): epSOS Central Services renewal for 6 months (most probably starting 16 Fev, worst case scenario March 1st)
    • PT will financially support this action, since no agreement has been achieved between countries on collective financing approach;

    • Progress report: Authorisation received from PT authorities; Procurement process MUST start ASAP.

• MIE 2015 - Online Registry - Scientific Program Committee Decision

Congratulations: Your submission OpenNCP: a novel framework to foster cross-border e-Health services (Id=299) was accepted as Full paper (Strong accepted) by the SPC.Full letter with reviewers comments (MIE 2015 Online Registry Scientific Program Committee Decision Id 299.pdf)

• Isabel Cruz, point some tasks regarding the follow up of reviewers comments, on the OpenNCP paper submission accepted on MIE 2015;
