Meeting Notes:

  1. Status last weeks
    1. Import value set
      1. LOINC
        1. Problem with LOINC which cannot be imported as value set
        2. LOINC imported as code system
          1. Robert Muetzner: you have to import 1) the LOINC as a code system and 2) create a value set from it with overridden designations
        3. What is the epSOS attribue (designation) for LOINC?
        4. Marco will set-up a meeting witrh Robert next week to discuss this topic and other topics (ranslations...)
    2. Data model:
      1. Working on the component retrieving data from TS and fill data to our local data base
        1. received from Robert the list of webservices that need to be called in order to fill our databse => Also a meeting yesterday with Giorgio on the related openNCP component TSAM-sync
        2. List of operations?
    3. Translations
      1. admin is in german
      2. browser is mainly translated
    4. Environment for testing with countries
      1. cannot have MS accessing our local environment from outside
      2. Can we have admin of FHD instance or can we have a dedicated instance for the server and browser?
      3. Peter Haas: dedicated environment used for performance etc. called "project"
      4. term server installed: https://www.it4health.eu/TermBrowser/
      5. Robert Muetzner could provide us the rights to test the environments. Will send the log in to Marco
      6. Robert Muetzner: 1 additional info: the Admin environment is translated to English, but the code is maybe not uploaded on GitHub yet
    5. Major issue? Any datamodel miss match can be fixed. Worst case scenario, transform data for which there is a mismatch
  2. Proposal of next steps and issues to follow-up
    1. Do a real import of MVC/MTC => Next week with Marco and Marta
      1. Giorgio Cangioli: concepts in code systems; there are also several attributes, relationships that need to be managed and loaded. Import of code systems or list of codes that are used in the value set?
        1. Marco Bernardini: the full code systems + create the value set. MVC created manually or with tool.
      2. Giorgio Cangioli: API for accessing directly EDQM is accessible now
        1. Marco Bernardini: Don't know yet if we'll use the API or do it manually
    2. //tasks: fill db and test it from the dev perspective
    3. from user perspective: can evaluate FHD UI, work on content...
    4. At the end implement this to the openNCP, plug TSAM sync with penncp
    5. Deploy out TS in our servers
    6. Attention point: some data have bigger size in FHD TS than in our current LTR data base
  3. Next meetings
    1. Walk through questions with Robert => Marco will organize the meeting
    2. Next week: link available with MVC loaded + start retrieving data fromMVC (list of operations)
    3. Next task force meeting  2PM
