Meeting Notes

  1. Business analysis
    1. Delivered a new version to Joao and will share once feedback received from Joao (who is very busy at this time with the preparation of the Connectathon)

  2. Connectathon - 2 options SMP
    1. Same instance as the one used for the Expandathon => Adrien FERIAL propose to use this one
      1. Joao Cunha but might be better to deploy a new instance hosted at DIGIT
      2. According Adrien FERIAL it does not change
      3. Joao Cunha: the difference between the hosting: to be more close to the ops scenario that we will have in the future. So would be nice to have an SMP instance installed at DIGIT for the Connectathon
      4. Adrien FERIAL concerns: busy at recruitment process, resources are focused on another topic Domibus (the access point), so cannot manage to provide a lot of support. In addition prefer to use the new SMP that will be developped to be deployed at DIGIT

  3. Update cache?
    1. There have been exchanges regarding this topic, but in the meantime there has been no progress
    2. The Confluence page still need to be completed with testing results, but Jerôme was very busy on the preparation of Connectathon. There have been tests performed by Kostas too... Jerôme still has to organize the page on the wiki in order to publish the results
    3. Massimiliano Masi: Use of the same testing pattern? S: yes
    4. We will postopone the decision once Jerome has been able to update the wikipage, after the Connectathon
      • S will update the wikipage, after the Connectathon
    5. Massimiliano Masi proposes to discuss this live next week at the Connectathon and then set the date for decisions
