  • Technical Committee:
    • No further information
  • Expectations from participating in OpenNCP Community from: HR, AT, SI, allowing them to share there expectations and goals with the participation at the OpenNCP Community;
    • Schedule for September - postponed for next meeting since no representative is present today.
    • Igor Ljubi (Unlicensed) from HR was present but not asked directly about it: the info is that HR will be in Lisbon on December for the Expandathon

2.1 Migration to WebLogic (EC) - NEW

Support issue:  OPENNCP-74 - Getting issue details... STATUS

    • Migration to Weblogic on-hold
      • using Tomcat for now on.
      • Weblogic would best supported at EC infrastruture but now it's not a priority and will continue with Tomcat


2.2 Others

Support issue:  OPENNCP-54 - Getting issue details... STATUS

      • S: last week talked with Kostas Karkaletsis about testing the new CI server. There are some issues but will be ready by the end of the week in Production Mode.
      • The issue has been resolved. S will send credentials to Alexandre Santos and Joao Cunha
      • S: after talking with Kostas Karkaletsis, there is the possibility of creating a parent pom.xml for all the project (OpenNCP). From this pom, it would be possible create an unique job on Jenkins. Jerome will send an email after the meeting to give some information.
      • S: Bamboo will not be a solution for the time being.

Support issue:  TSYNC-7 - Getting issue details... STATUS

  • Status: 
    • Markus (Unlicensed): there wasn't any news from Carecom to the EC. Portugal could also ask Carecom to see if as the country that has the last contract they can give some more info.
      • Task for Portugal

3.0 New Release: OpenNCP 2.3.0 RC-0

    • Stéphane Spahni: In Switzerland not yet installed. Downloaded the artifacts but will start a new install following the new Installation Manual.
    • Markus (Unlicensed): Also downloaded but not yet installed - also following the new Installation Manual.
    • Igor Ljubi (Unlicensed): not yet installed but plan to test it before Lisbon Expand

3.1 Proxy configuration (EC)

Development Issue:  OPENNCP-75 - Getting issue details... STATUS

S: talked with Kostas Karkaletsis but wasn't still implemented on the "official" code

  • Alexandre Santos gave the idea of creating a new branch on the Epsos-Util for this issue.

 

3.2 e-SENS: eID

    • LARMS, Local Attribute Retrieval and Mapping Services - New OpenNCP Release: 2.3.0 RC-0 with LARMS integrated - https://openncp.atlassian.net/wiki/x/H4CyAw
    • Until end of 2015 - include eID Level 2 - LAM.
    • Alexandre Santos: We now have the first version/preview of the component that implemens eID Level 2
      • We started looking at the OpenNCP source-code
      • We expect this week to have an idea of the components that need to be changed
      • There will be a new Wiki page with the issues and workflows that will be implemented on the OpenNCP to achieve this goal
    • Marcello Melgara: will it be a 2.4 or a 3.0? When will we have a new version?
    • Documentation: 


3.3 e-SENS: SMP

    • Draft document (under revision and consolidation): e-SENS-eHealth-SMP_SML-v02-Draft_ForComments.docx

    • Joao Cunha: there is a pre-final version of the document available from him and Uwe.
    • Joao Cunha: there are some demands for effort calculation about the implementation of this BB but we need the help from the community to do this. There is a lot of components and we don't know the source code deeply. S asked if the configuration manager isn't the component to change but Joao Cunha refers some more components, like TSYNC or TRC that also might have to be updated. 
    • Marcello Melgara: is it going to be a new release of OpenNCP by the end of November/December that would include SMP? The answer from Alexandre was that it is now clear what must be done on both sides (NCP/SMP infrastructure) but it's not clear what the effort is also for both sides. For instance, what the DNSSEC mandatory implementation would cost. Marcello stated that for him the work is being done but not testing whatsoever till the end of the year..

4. AOB

EXPANDATHON - Licinio Kustra Mano:  -  

    • IHE Event focused on C-B Health care services (PS/eP) - alike the epSOS Projectathons
    • IHE Event to test connectivity and performance between members
    • Interoperability Tests (Conformance) and End2End Tests - we would like to have physicians (doctors) 
    • All the countries willing to participate - inform EXPAND or inform us here - NO FEES

Goal: Not only test, but help countries gathering evidencies for the CEF Call - How ready am I for applying to CEF?

Licinio Kustra Mano and Markus (Unlicensed): From the Steering Commitee: Two new goals arised for this event:

    • Close the testing stage of these two CS.
    • F2F Discussion on the findings from EC Security Tests

 

On the 16th of October there wil be a meeting in Brussels about eID. eSens. Alexandre will go for markus about this meeting.
