0) Last meeting actions - progress review:

a) OpenNCP V2.1.1 Release Planning

• How can we make it available:

  • GREECE: PPT portal > user credentials (i.e. physician or patient) to share with the trillium bridge

    • by When: 24th April 18h CET

  • PT: PPT portal > install the new Portlet.... (estimated in 4 hours)

    • by When: ??th April ??h CET

  • LU: PPT portal > install the new Portlet.... (estimated in 4 hours)

• In release management

  • NO PROGRESS IN THIS STEPS

    • OpenNCP V2.1.1 - With bug fixes and improvement gathered from the Connectathon and previous efforts (from support tasks);

      • Special branch 2.1.1 to isolate the bug fixing from the developments

    • OpenNCP V2.2.0 snapahot - With the new features, but the release will only happen with the full XDM implementation and some security enhancements; 

      • Suggestion: wait for formal IHE Connecthaton Results

        • Have all the countries received the formal IHE report?

          • PT: only have the temporary report available to download from Gazelle;

          • LU: not yet;

          • CH: no answer

        • @Licinio Kustra Mano > Reques IHE (@Eric Poiseau) for formal results in the 2nd of May;

b) Trillium Bridge articulated QA stage

• Who will confirm if the available demo is according expectation to the Trillium Bridge demo for Athens?

• Some quick QA task is being done during the current TConf:

  • Several limitations were found:

    • HEADER labels are not being translated;

    • [IMPROVEMENT] CDA Display Tool: Use LTR (Local Termonology Repository) database for obtaining Labels, instead of XML files

    • [IMPROVEMENT] Check why the "History of Medication" is not translated to the target language.

  • From what we have seen today, there still work to do before being ready for demo.

    • CDA used: 

    • Add screen shots showing what is being considered as things to improve.

    • Associate with the QA issues:

• HOW CAN We have the feature available for:

  • Physician: 

    • The EXPORT buttons should be included in the PS WF, so that the Physicia can export a selected PS;

    • [IMPROVE] Import process and rendering component;

  • Patient: 

    • [ADD feature] the PAC scenario the export should be available after the patient request a translation of the PS to the aimed language.

    • Confirm if the PAC service already provide the mean for the patient to get his PS in its own language but as an epSOS PIVOT;

c) Brainstorm the possibility of an OpenNCP Workshop at the 7th of May

        • Is there any consultancy agency available or suited for helping us push this forward?

          • More networking is required, in the Horizon2020;

          • 10 months on active network before project approval > taking things to 2015;
