Any actions are needed?
Write a OpenNCP Community communication towards epSOS and the World, with the main message "They did it again!"
@Fredrik Linden (Unlicensed) is this a good idea?
@Licinio Kustra Mano: ARTICULATE with epSOS!!!!!
CLOSED by nature, means epSOS is not there any more. Is there any need for this info?
epSOS Documentation
Update epSOS Technical Presentation.
@Licinio Kustra Mano: prepare a page with the PP linlk to last version of the ppt and start a thread on this document to see what we can enhance;
@Licinio Kustra Mano: SPMS requested (to iUZ) a delay on the CI migration until the end of September 2014.
d) AOB
eDispensation
It was agreed the NCP sends the acknowledge of the received eD (Is it done in OpenNCP?).
However it is requested Country A guarantees double dispensations are avoided,unless allowed by Country A laws.
It is left freedom to Country A how to handle eD.
@Ivo Pinheiro: believes it is implemented like this, but should be confirmed by Piloting Countries.
@Konstantin Hyppönen, @Gareth Woodham, @Igor Ljubi (Unlicensed): could you guys please confirm this?
Konstantin Hyppönen: After the dispensation is processed in Country A, OpenNCP transmits the acknowledge produced by Country A's National Infrastructure to Country B. The acknowledgment can be Success, if the dispensation has been received and processed correctly, or Error if there was a problem with processing the eDispensation. Possible problems vary depending on the rules for the processing of eDs in Country A. OpenNCP itself cannot guarantee that double dispensations are prevented - this is responsibility of Country A's NI. In Finland, a successfully processed dispensation affects the remaining amount of the drug on the given prescription. If the remaining amount is 0, the prescription is marked as fully dispensed, it is not sent abroad anymore and cannot be dispensed again.
Liaison with other projects
(There is a list of 40 projects running in EU HealthCare - EHR4CR.... reuse the OpenNCP)
eGovLab
@Fredrik Linden (Unlicensed): engage with the OpenNCP for providing support to this kind of components;
PARENT - Patient Registries
OpenNCP as base technology for exchanging information between Registries.
Review a specification document for Tendering...
