CI Migration - Developments
Requirements document that is being used for setting up the new infrastructure
Infrastructure () is being set up, so that the migration work start.
Procurement is taking longer than expected,
Planned date for availability 28th of July
New DATE foreseen: end of September
Migration works should be postponed.
Orchestrate with iUZ work "time baseline"
@Isabel Cruz: shared that there is no problem on the delay, but SPMS should provide a two week warning on infrastructure availability, so that iUZ team can prepare themselves.

To address several aspects, namely:
EC request for EXPAND to provide "Specs for CEF Tenders";
Technical request to access and techical information on assets (e.g. access to code repositories, terminology information model, TSAM components code);

Trillium Bridge
Working meeting 17th of July (@Licinio Kustra Mano participated as PT);
@Alexander Berler (Unlicensed):
ISSUE 0: We are truing to make Trillium bridge implementation to be more clear, so far is not so clear;
Is the architecture proposed compliant with the OpenNCP?
A compliant architecture need less effort. A more specific architecture may demand more effort, and for that, most probably, not able to be in place for October.
ISSUE 1: Financing is not in place (TB is not able to support). What alternatives can be considered?
CEF is not a solution, since it will be there only in 2015 (Q1 or Q2)
ISSUE 2: US side developments are not progressing as wishful, due to some political constraints;
October 2014 US (Boston) Demonstration;
Start to seem more difficult to accomplish the GOAL for October, having in consideration the current status;
New meeting will take place this week (more probably in the 25th).
c) Support actions
REMOVED the distribution list from epSOS (nepc and techLeads).
Maybe create a page with NCP contact person in each country using the OpenNCP?
For support purposes: ?? who is responsible for the OpenNCP Instance running on a certain country.

Add new distribution lists from e-SENS (maybe a subset of WP5.2) and EXPAND (maybe WP5)

After Athens Workshop what has been done
@Alexander Berler (Unlicensed) a lot of discussion is being held.
Catherine is living in Boston, so the time for the call needs to be different, namely during afternoon: after 1600 CET, or even later.

WP5.2 eHEALT Pilots:
PT: PS: Patient electronic identification (Portugal)
SP, AT, CH: aiming to PAC with Stork building eID
Efforts are being done in order to clarify PILOTS and eID technology roadmap;

There is the possibility of some of the e-SENS team join the OpenNCP Community next meetings, for JOINT WORK;

Let's listen, not be against, let's be synchronized with EXPAND and other projects, project responsible of technical maintenance on epSOS assets;
Gathering inputs from several projects on relevant assets... collect the best assets and keep them rolling;
The OpenNCP is the key in the process since is managing and mastering the knowledge.
