1. Introduction of a new Community member

   1. François Wisniewski is introducing@younesd (from the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology) who is joining the team

2. Steering Committee May 18, 2016

   1. Meeting minutes: 20160518 - Meeting minutes, Wednesday, 18th May, 2016 - OpenNCP Steering Committee

   2. Topics discussed, ideas shared: Way of working Community, improvement ideas, resources problem, missing bridge between political and technical aspects (influencing building blocks with eHealth DSI needs), focus on delivering the best in class reference implementation (We should narrow down the number of task to concentrate on offering the best implementation possible)...

   3. Support to MS (scope, how...) => a dedicated meeting is planned next week to reflect and develop

3. Schedule minor release 2.4.1, bug fix version from Connectathon

   1. Proposition to release 2.4.1 this Friday May 20, 2016  which is stable (version fixed with the audit manager, tested and validated) and postpone the bugs correction to a next release 

   2. eSENS pilot: importance to fix the issue on non-repudiation in release 2.4.2 (+ bug fixing from the Connectathon), before eSENS pilot

4. Update task force meetings

   1. Terminology server

      1. Resource issue: Marco is leaving. Maybe @younesd could join this task force?

         1. @michele.foucart will provide access to @younesd to the different task forces areas

      2. CTS2 compliance on the Tsam sync module

      3. Import code systems and value sets MVC 1,8

      4. Important functional gaps are already highlighted: user administration (same rights for all), translation import (FH is developping something)

      5. Started user testing - 1 user - provided test scenario, access etc.

   2. Release management

      1. Improvement proposed: 1 single repository in Git/Bitbucket, and sub-modules which would be easier to build OpenNCP in one command

         1. >0: 1 main Maven project, 1 common version number for all components (which includes the portal)

         2. >0: Build order embedded in the process

         3. >0: New snapshots only for modules that will be changed. Will not be built if not changed

         4. <0: History of the tags + each component will use the same tag version

      2. There are more advantages than inconvenient, it is therefore agreed to follow this process

      3. Package naming convention: EU.europa.ec.eHDSI.openncp
