a) Trillium Bridge - Sprint Progress Monitoring
- The Import/Export functionality is available as a new portlet. >screens trillium1.png trillium2.png
- The new feature can be available in different roles (i.e. Physician or Patient)
- The feature can be made available by Portal settings;
- How the portal calls the TSAM:
- Uses directly the TSAM like in the PAC service;
- There is no specific interface in the NCP-B for other portal;
- The current functionality uses the OpenNCP component, but each portal should use
- Kostas Karkaletsis will try to document not only the Portle setting in the Portal but also the OpenNCP components usage for making the feature available.
- There is the possibility of seeing the original text (independently of being plain text or rich-text like HTML);
- Future improvements
- Currently the upload is a plain XML CDA, but in forward work it should be IHE XDM profile compliant;
- For non-repudiation and non-corruption;
- Don't support encryption;
- Supports signature;
- Security Concerns: establishing the authenticity/integrity of the CDA exported/imported document;
- Is there any IHE profile that address this issue. Probably the XDM will not address this concern completely.
- With WHOM can we clarify and gather knowledge on this?
- Look & feel as well as usability;
- Brainstorm on PDF uploading usefulness.

- How can we make it available:
- GREECE: PPT portal > user credentials (i.e. physician or patient) to share with the trillium bridge
