Round table on the development board;
Stork 2.0
Overall Presentation of Stork 2.0.
eID scenarios is all about joint efforts from eSENS and Stork 2.0.
Olaf: UC 3: difficulties to understand:
Gottfired: Swedish Doctor working Italy, that wants to authenticate as doctor.
HEIKO: Doctors in country B, accessing to patient info in Country A.
Gottfried: similar to epSOS,
Patient Consent
Document oriented?
Gottfried: no document, online consent generation;
Olaf: is just get evidence that something works or make it work completely (identity federation)
Common problems that from eSENS
Gottfried: avoid patient registration...
Gottfired:
Wants to harmonize with e-SENS...joint efforts are needed
ROADMAP:
Stork 2.0
Reach Production somewhere September 2014.
2 countries running UC 1, 2 and 3.
DONE: UC1: Patient Access with STORK eID Infrastructure for exchange of Medical Information (only Patient Summary) on Test Environment
UC2: Login with delegated person – otherwise like UC1
UC3: Login of HCP with STORK 2.0 Infrastructure and additional the foreign county receives the attributes that the citizen is indeed a doctor.
UC1: Additional Patient Consent
UC1, UC2 and UC3 on Production Environment in September 2014
Piloting candidates: Austria, PT, Spain, Sweden and Italy (Lombardy is not running OpenNCP Portal, what can be reuse from current implementation, requires specific analysis);
Is the current implementation abstract enough to work for different?
@Marcelo Fonseca: current implementation is open for configuration. Configuration over implementation.
Olaf: As HcP or Patient, when you enter the citizen eID , how is the citizen eID mapped with patient Identification?
As Patient Access: search mask is filled up when the patient authenticates himself, you get all attributes needed for XCPD request;
In STORK you request some attributes after authenticating the person.
Fill the Stork attributes with the epSOS Patient Identification: attributes > mapping file between
@Marcelo Fonseca: will share a clarifying page on the mapping between Stork eID attributes and epSOS Patient Identification.
As Professional...
e-SENS - Wave 1 for eHealth Pilots
Start piloting: 2015, Abril;
September 2014: Countries need to commit specifically to what countries want to Pilot.
F-2-f meeting possible Thursday 10th of July, to 15h30 or 16h00.
Make a TConf tech available....
@Licinio Kustra Mano: arrange with Juergen the best time for this joint event....
Arrange a room to avoid change facilities....
b) OpenNCP Manifesto
Permanent Link: https://openncp.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AwBvAg
OpenNCP Manifesto
THIS IS THE MAJOR PRIORITY FOR THE OpenNCP Community
KEY ISSUES:
Update: Vision, Mission (manifesto, principles=)
Update: Set Governance Model,Governance Structure (people that have responsibility)
ROADMAP: 12 months: what will the openNCP do?
Update: identity
Update: goals
GOALS
There should be a consolidated version in the EXPAND WP5 Workshop (9, 10 of July);
There should be a consolidated version to present to eHN;
Is the OpenNCP Community comfortable on having EXPAND help on CONSOLIDATE OpenNCP Community: Manifesto, Governance, Roadmap for 12 months;
@Isabel Cruz,is OK;
@Alexander Berler (Unlicensed): EXPAND meeting is the new START
The openNCP Community should prepare a f-2-f meeting, some issues are better resolved f-2-f.
@Marcello Melgara:
Go for joint effort on EXPAND but keep FREEDOM of agility of the OpenNCP Community;
c) Support actions
Keep the distribution list from epSOS.
Add new distribution lists from e-SENS (maybe a subset of WP5.2) and EXPAND (maybe WP5)
Certificates - NCP Installation
Are there any news on AT issue:
OPENNCP-62: How to get the required certificates to put TSL-Sync up and running?Closed
d) AOB
Upgrade instructions:
Should this information be included in the installation manual:
@Kostas Karkaletsis: update the installation manual
Liaison with other projects
(There is a list of 40 projects running in EU HealthCare - EHR4CR.... reuse the OpenNCP)
EXPAND
Provide guidance for OpenNCP and OpenNCP Community
WP5 Workshop: 9th and 10th of July, Lisbon...
@Licinio Kustra Mano recommends that someone else represent the OpenNCP Community in that forum;
@Isabel Cruz suggests @Alexander Berler (Unlicensed);
Is this a real possibility? @Alexander Berler (Unlicensed) has calendar constraints;
@Marcelo Fonseca volunteer....
Gathers the full support of the OpenNCP Community,
We will come again to this decision, to reinforce next meeting;
Trillium Bridge
After Athens Workshop what has been done
@Alexander Berler (Unlicensed) a lot of discussion is being held.
Catherine is living in Boston, so the time for the call needs to be different, namely during afternoon: after 1600 CET, or even later.
e-SENS
WP5.2 eHEALT Pilots:
PT: PS: Patient electronic identification (Portugal)
SP, AT, CH: aiming to PAC with Stork building eID
Efforts are being done in order to clarify PILOTS and eID technology roadmap;
@Licinio Kustra Mano and @Marcello Melgara are involved in this discussions;
There is the possibility of some of the e-SENS team join the OpenNCP Community next meetings, for JOINT WORK;
eGovLab
@Fredrik Linden (Unlicensed): engage with the OpenNCP for providing support to this kind of components;
PARENT - Patient Registries
OpenNCP as base technology for exchanging information between Registries.
Review a specification document for Tendering...
eHealthNetwork
Should we be dependent from eHN?
We should not be dependent but for sure we should not be against.... we should be aligned....
Find a way in middle to work together but not depend decisions....
There is the eHN Subgroup for upkeep services:
Who will be in charge for designing on policies and strategies:
Let's listen, not be against, let's be synchronized with EXPAND and other projects, project responsible of technical maintenance on epSOS assets;
Gathering inputs from several projects on relevant assets... collect the best assets and keep them rolling;
The OpenNCP is the key in the process since is managing and mastering the knowledge.
