WORK ROADMAP proposal :
- 1st Joint Technical Meeting (11th of  September - Brussels) > Design and PLAN
-- WEEKLY meetings at OpenNCP Community
- 2nd Joint Technical Meeting  (29th of  October - Brussels) > PROGRESS MONITORING and rePLAN
-- WEEKLY meetings at OpenNCP Community
- 3nd Joint Technical Meeting  (17th of  December - Brussels) > CLOSE DEVELOPMENTS and release for PILOTS DEPLOYMENT

Participants:
- e-SENS: WP5.2 + Cluster 6.3 + (any other e-SENS team we find that may benefit from the meeting);
- STORK: Technical Coordinators + Development Team
- EXPAND WP5: Technical Coordinator
- OpenNCP: Coordination and Development Team
- Piloting Nations

Goals:
1) Clarify GOAL to achieve on e-SENS WP5.2 (e.g. PILOTING a specific USE CASE(s) with a specific BB);
2) Clarify STRATEGY to achieve that goal (e.g. SPECS team, Development Team, Testing Team, Piloting Team);
3) DESIGN the technology solution to achieve that GOAL
4) PLAN (distribute) TAKS (assign to people and seek for commitment) towards that Goal
5) - Create a SUPERSTAR eHealth Interoperability team (Joint effort from several projects)
6) Drink some beer (or any appreciate beverage) together and have fuin ;)
