If you would like to submit a change to OpenNCP, please follow the process illustrated here below and using the template "Change proposal".
Change proposal process
- The requester of the change fills the template "Change proposal" with the details of the change and send it to the eHDSI functional mailbox (SANTE-EHEALTH-DSI@ec.europa.eu).
- eHDSI solution provider (EC) analize the change.
- During this process, the solution provider can eventually ask further details, ask questions to the requester.
- The solution provider also consults the OpenNCP Steering Committee who provide advice.
- eHDSI solution provider, based on the analysis of the proposal, will either submit the proposal to eHOMB, either inform the requester that the proposal will not be processed further.
- eHOMB decide whether the change proposal can be implemented or not.
- The eHDSI solution provider informs the requester of the decision.
- If the eHOMB decision is a Go, implementation can start.
