Our understanding on this use case
This extension should provide with the following functionality

| UC-1 | The doctor will identify the user |
| UC-2 | The doctor will see the patient summary of the patient |
| UC-3 | The doctor has to be able of adding some new entries in the existing cda sections. This means it has to be a ps doc editor in order the doctor to be able to construct correctly the approprtiate sections |
| UC-4 | The system will create an updated cda document and will upload it in the relevant NCP |
