If you would like to submit a change to OpenNCP, please follow the process illustrated here below and using the template "Change proposal".

Change proposal process

1. The requester of the change fills the template "Change proposal" with the details of the change and send it to the eHDSI functional mailbox (SANTE-EHEALTH-DSI@ec.europa.eu).
2. eHDSI solution provider (EC) analize the change.
   
   1. During this process, the solution provider can eventually ask further details, ask questions to the requester.
   2. The solution provider also consults the OpenNCP Steering Committee who provide advice.
3. eHDSI solution provider, based on the analysis of the proposal, will either submit the proposal to eHOMB, either inform the requester that the proposal will not be processed further.
4. eHOMB decide whether the change proposal can be implemented or not.
5. The eHDSI solution provider informs the requester of the decision.
6. If the eHOMB decision is a Go, implementation can start.
