Release process feedback

- The release itself was peaceful;

- The merging for 2.1.0 (with the new developments) that introduced some conflicts, that have been solved;

- - For new features and bug fixing: development branch;

- - Bump the middle number: 0 to 1 due to new service > regarding MRO;

- - - 99% complete > CI Test show OK > but real installation Test reveals an issue (with PDF retrieval);

- - - The pointed issue will resolved as an support action > Open Issue in the Support Board > ask to Kostas team;

b) Dev Sprint Progress Monitoring

GOAL: Enhance CI Automated Test Mechanisms; (https://openncp.atlassian.net/wiki/x/MIDh)

So far: no work has been done - the sprint TimeWindow MUST be adjusted for (1 week delay) - starting 5November to 19November;

Impediments: no team member availability for doing the job;

Focus ahead:

- [Design Architecture]: Seems useful

- [Baseline ajustment]: In order to

- Modify the Client/Server terminators: time to think on the design in order to allow countries to use those mechanisms for their Live Test Installations.

Effort Available:

- Gareth Woodham: 1-2 days week;
