• @michele.foucart: Checked internally about Data Protection in the meeting minutes: We should not mention the people not present... 

• @Rui Alves (Unlicensed): Mailing Lists - we are assessing the possibility of adopting an e-mail Tool that allows the creation and management of Mailing Lists (e.g: one for the Steering Committee, one for Tech Committee, one for Developers...)

  • One of the possibilities is MailChimp.

  • We should discuss this with the EC-Team (possibibly later with Markus) to see the EC vision about this.

  • Schedule for September - postponed for next meeting since no representative is present today.

  • @Igor Ljubi (Unlicensed) from HR was present but not asked directly about it: the info is that HR will be in Lisbon on December for the Expandathon

• • Migration to Weblogic on-hold

    • using Tomcat for now on.

    • Weblogic would best supported at EC infrastruture but now it's not a priority and will continue with Tomcat

  • @S: this has been postponed for now, due to other important tasks in preparation at this time.

• Test services at DG-Santé using TSL-Editor - able to upload TSL file...

• Worked fine here in DG-Santé

• Tried to make the same in DG-DIGIT - 

• We have to modify the script.

• We are now waiting for DIGIT to give us credential to begin web tests.

• The connection will be done by Public and Private Key.

• We asked DIGIT to create 2 users (Private and Public).

• After this, we can try to make a test to upload a TSL file.

• @Marco Bernardini: java exception - null pointer is now fixed. Put a new comment on the issue.

• Issue on uploading the FTP - I'm working on this now...

• • @Stéphane Spahni: (FROM LAST MEETING) In Switzerland not yet installed. Downloaded the artifacts but will start a new install following the new Installation Manual.

  • @Igor Ljubi (Unlicensed): (FROM LAST MEETING) not yet installed but plan to test it before Lisbon Expand

• @João Cunha: At least until EXPANDATHON we must follow this new manual.

  • @michele.foucart: Marco has been using it

  • @Marco Bernardini: I can give inputs/comments later.

  • @João Cunha: for e-mail if it's too long, or comment on the page...

• @Yacou: we will also provide instructions how to generate public and private keys.

• @João Cunha: No need for new meeting on this. Unless you feel there is this need...

• @Rui Alves (Unlicensed): CONCLUSION: The Installation Manual is now closed, although some minor changes may still be done. This is due to members from the community are installing the OpenNCP from scratch and may provide useful inputs.

• @Alexandre Santos gave the idea of creating a new branch on the Epsos-Util for this issue.

• @S will work on this when have the oportunity. No news yet, discussed with Alexandre.

• • LARMS, Local Attribute Retrieval and Mapping Services - New OpenNCP Release: 2.3.0 RC-0 with LARMS integrated - https://openncp.atlassian.net/wiki/x/H4CyAw

  • Until end of 2015 - include eID Level 2 - LAM.

    • @rui alves: No news so far. Expecting the components to be integrated.

  • @João Cunha: We started to make a INTRO about epSOS Trust Model.

    • Doubts from DIGIT about possible restructuring of TM

    • Masi provided intro to Legal Requirements (eHealth)

  • Trust MOdel, Trust Lists and 

  • We agreed to take 3 specific actions:

    • Add the SMP in the FwA (FrameWork Agreement) - Would Need the intervention from DG_SANTE

    • SMP files to have multiple signatures (OASIS need to change specs) - Would Need the intervention from OASIS

    • Try to use extensions to put the NCP signature - Would Need the intervention from OASIS

  • Will not be ready until Sept 2016

  • For piloting e-SENS:

    • e-SENS extended: full-stack implementation for April CAT 2016.

    • Partial Integration

    • EXPANDATHON with Partial Integration - if e-SENS not extended

  • We can have an agreement about some relaxations (DNSSEC, ...)

  • Developments need to be made also discussed:

    • Caching layer, how we could use SMP SML solution for the eID use-case...

  • @Rui Alves (Unlicensed): Should we discuss this in a new meeting focused on SMP?

    • @João Cunha: I still have to talk with Uwe about DNSSEC...

    • @markus.kalliola also sent an e-mail about who should be in charge of the SMP/SML integration...

    • @João Cunha: So yes, we will need another meeting.

    • @Rui Alves (Unlicensed) to forward the e-mail from Markus to Steering Commitee.

    • Tryed to contact Masi about the CP, to get info about:

      • need to store it in the trust store

      • ATNA repository

      • Should be stored in the trust-store of the PN - same DB we have the ATNA files.

      • ...

    • End of this week will be have more preciseinformation (some more inputs needed from @Massimiliano Masi).

• • IHE Event focused on C-B Health care services (PS/eP) - alike the epSOS Projectathons

  • IHE Event to test connectivity and performance between members

  • Interoperability Tests (Conformance) and End2End Tests - we would like to have physicians (doctors) 

  • All the countries willing to participate - inform EXPAND or inform us here - NO FEES

• • • Close the testing stage of these two CS.

    • F2F Discussion on the findings from EC Security Tests

• • LUX: @Heiko Zimmermann: We have not registered yet. But for sure we will be present

  • @michele.foucart: We will also participate. Gwen and Jerome will probably be present, Gwen as monitor and Jerome as tester.
