    • GR and PT established connection to allow PS exchange.

IT UPDATE:


  • IN THE LAST CALL: 
  •  e-SENS eP/PS WP 5.2 (yesterday) PPT and OP - Lombardy

    DEBUG eID L1 - LARMS - 2.3.0 RC-1 with Italy Cards
    Fix the problem with medicinal descriptions;


  • We have installed in PPT and OP OpenNCP 2.2.0. We are working with Soeren to debug the Larms eID (level 1) because Italian Card was not compliant. 2.3.0-RC-1 to have included the Italian Card.
    We are working to sort out the problem of medicinal descriptions and updating MVC to 2.0; 

    • Mapping ICD9 to ICD10 (MVC 2.0).

        • Licinio: agree: this is an open issue.
        • We will have a conference call with Italian... to share a mapping to find a joint solution.
        • MVC is closed and available (EN and IT)
        • We have to work on this issue:
          • ICD9 mapping to ICD 10 is something related with PT, IT and ES
          • It must be correctly adressed maybe with support of EXPAND Semantic Main Shop.

 

About the issue of Medicinal Descriptions and mapping ICD 9 to 10 (MVC 2.0):

Licinio Kustra Mano: Issue for eP and not PS - Marcello Melgara: to confirm this.

Goal: Send (until 25th Sept) an updated version of the Progress Report with relevant information/updates from last weeks.

3) Request for feedback to WP5

3.1 - Request for Domain Pilot Architect (LKM)

3.1.1 Material - documentation on testing procedures - Rui Alves (Unlicensed): engage with Licinio about this and provide the materials we have so far. Mitigation Strategy to be checked.

3.1.2 Names of members to create access to JIRA (Domain + MS) - 

One person from domain and one (or two) person from each MS: 

Technical persons - or at least Contact Architects

 

3.2 - Legal issues tracking

Lack of national eID framework for MSs

Lack of eHealth Temporary Legal Agreements (TLAs)

Use limitations imposed by SDOs that rule some of the terminologies and code sets

Not having the proper legal environment set up for elevating pilots and its technology into routine operation

Lack of agreement to use Central Services during the course of the project

 

@François: It's a decision to take and we will have to take it soon. Think of re-planning the pilot.

@François: Not sure about point 1 is a legal issue. Maybe a technical issue.

@François: EXPAND created a TLA to deliver to eHN?? Marcello should be aware of this. PT has signed, LU I think yes (one to one and not one to N), GR not sure.

eID: Not sure about the ABBs names and how they relate with the eID Levels... We don't have Authentication. 

Non-Rep: It is ok about Conformance tested, and it should be green for countries.
