0) CONTEXT

MS PILOT AIMS?

1) Status Point of each MS:

GR UPDATE:

      • CURRENT WEEK:
          • No updates.
          • Connection problem with PT - this is on PT side - PT are still working on this issue.
          • Ioannis Petrakis: will confirm if GR has sent the Progress Report.
            • We may have it by the next meeting.


LU UPDATE:

      • CURRENT WEEK:
          • Issues with Portal - not much information; These issues were presented by João and Heiko. Try to reach them and check the status of this.
            • No news.
          • Updating the NCP to 2.3.0-RC0 with eID;
            • The NCP is updated.
            • PPT - 
          • Creating the National Connector for NI;

 


PT UPDATE :

  • CURRENT WEEK:
    • In good shape with LU. Our country A cenario was looking good.
    • We would like to work with countris as country B (IT, GR)
      • Issues identified on PT side when connecting to GR - Infrastructure Team internally.
      • Contacted Spain - They were installing the NCP and would contact us as soon as they are ready.

 

IT UPDATE:


  • IN THE LAST CALL: 
  •  e-SENS eP/PS WP 5.2 (yesterday) PPT and OP - Lombardy

    DEBUG eID L1 - LARMS - 2.3.0 RC-1 with Italy Cards
    Fix the problem with medicinal descriptions;


  • We have installed in PPT and OP OpenNCP 2.2.0. We are working with Soeren to debug the Larms eID (level 1) because Italian Card was not compliant. 2.3.0-RC-1 to have included the Italian Card.
    We are working to sort out the problem of medicinal descriptions and updating MVC to 2.0; 

    • Mapping ICD9 to ICD10 (MVC 2.0).

        • Licinio: agree: this is an open issue.
        • We will have a conference call with Italian... to share a mapping to find a joint solution.
        • MVC is closed and available (EN and IT)
        • We have to work on this issue:
          • ICD9 mapping to ICD 10 is something related with PT, IT and ES
          • It must be correctly adressed maybe with support of EXPAND Semantic Main Shop.

 

About the issue of Medicinal Descriptions and mapping ICD 9 to 10 (MVC 2.0):

Licinio Kustra Mano: Issue for eP and not PS - Marcello Melgara: to confirm this.

2) Progress Report Update:

Goal: Send (until 25th Sept) an updated version of the Progress Report with relevant information/updates from last weeks.

3) Testing Strategy (Licinio Kustra Mano)

 

          • USEFUL DOCUMENTATION (from epSOS):
            • xTDSamples_Credentials_2015_08_06.xls - This is the excel file with the Patient Identifiers and CTD Identifiers (in Gazelle?)
            • Questions: Should we adapt this file to have only the e-SENS participating Member-States?
            • epSOS end-to-end Functional Testing for Projectathon and Pre Pilot Testing: Guidelines for HPs and PNs Appendix 8 D3.10.1 
            • provides an introduction to epSOS testing processes, with specific focus on Projectathon (PAT) and Pre-Pilot Testing (PPT) activities to validate, from a user point of view, the functionalities usability of Patient Summary and ePrescription service, together with the correctness of the received documents. Furthermore it provides practical instructions to participate to Pre Pilot Testing Slot to be allowed to enter into Operation phase.

      • Licinio Kustra Mano: We committed to pilot. We should reinforce after today's meeting - important to have the commitement for real testing.
        • François: We are not really piloting the first stage...
        • Not sure if we are going to be able to go to OP.
        • Licinio Kustra Mano: We have the EXPANDATHON, maybe it will be good to have the momentum, because now we are not able to get real transactions...
        • François: Request update of the general the Pilot Plan, to reflect the current stage, with developments on SMP for example...

1: which ABBs which countries use or plan to use. SMP, eID and Non-Rep, others?

In the scope of the e-SENS pilot, which BB are you expecting to use?

Note from participants: If SMP is going to be adopted, everyone will use it.

2. There should be a documentation in BSCW about testing procedure...

3. Request to use JIRA for issue tracking - each country who will have possibility to send WP6 the issues (Dimitrios will send a more detailed e-mail).
