0) House Keeping

a) OpenNCP Governance EXPANDED (update)

• 13th of August > NEW MEETING of EXPAND WP5 > How To PROCEED and materialize EXPAND perspectives for OpenNCP Community;
  • Jürgen Wehnert: Connecting EXPAND WP5 to OpenNCP Community (not only the OpenNCP technology): document in preparation, reusing the principles of the OpenNCP Governance and EXPAND WP5 organization.
    
    
• eHN SG for upkeeping Health Services - 1st October - (eHealth Network:  http://ec.europa.eu/health/ehealth/policy/network/index_en.htm).
  • Started circulating 2 documents (12th August - TLA and 14th - Restart): "restart operation services guide" + "Temporary Legal Agreement"
    • When sending to eHN SG, warn for Switzerland situation: CH is willing to restart but not part of eHN SG.
      • Licinio Kustra Mano Ask for CH access to draft document to eHN SG Chair.

b) Developments Planning 

• Trillium Bridge:

  • Define a checklist for European Nations providing PS to USA organizations;

    • It has been quick reviewed by OpenNCP Community;

      • It will be presented again tomorrow 12th of August, to trillium Bridge;
      • Licinio Kustra Mano: Post poned to when:
  • A technical meeting happen with Marcello Melgara presence:
    • There is some specs challenges in conciliation between Trillium Gateway and US side, and previous epSOS Specs.
      • Previous expert on epSOS Specs are now being engaged in order to help solving those challenges.

• e-SENS

  • It is awesome to have OpenNCP Community support, but e-SENS 5.2 and 6.3 need to have a home for handling project specific tasks.
  • eSENS will initiate a more regular WG coordination within the 5.2 domain under the responsibility of Domain Leadership, with FORTH and Dimitris Katehakis in a WG coordinating role. The objectives of this work will be to:
    
  1. 1. Update and finalize the definition of the technical solution and business process for the eP/PS Domain Pilot. This will involve the update of the requirements included in D5-2.1 and the use case description in D5-2.3
     2. Provide a detailed plan  for the common domain-level activities of the 5.2.1: eP/PS Domain Pilot, including task descriptions, timelines and expected outcome, interdependencies, resources committed by MS.
     3. Coordinate with MS the alignment of National Pilot Plans with the Domain Pilot Plan.
  • Confirm if OpenNCP Dev Team presence is relevant for the 11th, 12th of September f-2-f meeting (to be confirmed in the e-SENS 21st of August Tcon)
    • Licinio Kustra Mano: Provide feedback on this meeting on the 25th.
      

c) Support actions

    • Fredrik Linden (Unlicensed): engage with the OpenNCP for providing support to this kind of components;

    • OpenNCP as base technology for exchanging information between Registries.
