  • New Team Members
    • Everyone is able to use Confluence? YES, no issues were raised.

  • TCon technologies
    • GoToMeeting..... using it in a trial mode.
      • If it works OK, let's see who can provide a 1 organizer license, for 25 attendees.
  • epSOS "the End"
    • Moving on.. beyond epSOS we have new Stakeholders... OpenNCP Manifesto, Governance Model, Governance Structure and Goals for 2014/15.

  • Stork 2.0
    • Overall Presentation of Stork 2.0. link to PPT presentations
    • eID scenarios is all about joint efforts from eSENS and Stork 2.0.
      • Olaf: UC 3: difficulties to understand:
        • Gottfired: Swedish Doctor working Italy, that wants to authenticate as doctor.
        • HEIKO: Doctors in country B, accessing to patient info in Country A.
          • Gottfried: similar to epSOS,
      • Patient Consent
        • Document oriented?
        • Gottfried: no document, online consent generation;
      • Olaf: is just get evidence that something works or make it work completely (identity federation)
        • Common problems that from eSENS
        • Gottfried: avoid patient registration...
      • Gottfired:
        • Wants to harmonize with e-SENS...joint efforts are needed
  • ROADMAP:
    • Stork 2.0 
      • Reach Production somewhere September 2014.
        • 2 countries running UC 1, 2 and 3.
          •  DONE: UC1: Patient Access with STORK eID Infrastructure for exchange of Medical Information (only Patient Summary) on Test Environment
          • UC2: Login with delegated person – otherwise like UC1
          • UC3: Login of HCP with STORK 2.0 Infrastructure and additional the foreign county receives the attributes that the citizen is indeed a doctor. 
          • UC1: Additional Patient Consent
      • UC1, UC2 and UC3 on Production Environment in September 2014
        • Piloting candidates: Austria, PT, Spain, Sweden and Italy (Lombardy is not running OpenNCP Portal, what can be reuse from current implementation, requires specific analysis);
          • Is the current implementation abstract enough to work for different?
            • Marcelo Fonseca: current implementation is open for configuration. Configuration over implementation.

      • Olaf: As HcP or Patient, when you enter the citizen eID , how is the citizen eID mapped with patient Identification?
        • As Patient Access: search mask is filled up when the patient authenticates himself, you get all attributes needed for XCPD request;
          • In STORK you request some attributes after authenticating the person.
          • Fill the Stork attributes with the epSOS Patient Identification: attributes > mapping file between 
          • Marcelo Fonseca: will share a clarifying page on the mapping between Stork eID attributes and epSOS Patient Identification.

    • e-SENS - Wave 1 for eHealth Pilots
      • Start piloting: 2015, Abril;
      • September 2014: Countries need to commit specifically to what countries want to Pilot.

    • F-2-f meeting possible Thursday 10th of July, to 15h30 or 16h00.
      • Make a TConf tech available....

b) OpenNCP Manifesto

  • THIS IS THE MAJOR PRIORITY FOR THE OPENNCP COMMUNITY
    • KEY ISSUES:
      • Update: Vision, Mission (manifesto, principles=)
      • Update: Set Governance Model,Governance Structure (people that have responsibility)
      • ROADMAP: 12  months: what will the openNCP do?
      • Update: identity
      • Update: goals
    • GOALS
      • There should be a consolidated version in the EXPAND WP5 Workshop (9, 10 of July);
      • There should be a consolidated version to present to eHN;
  • Is the OpenNCP Community comfortable on having EXPAND help on CONSOLIDATE OpenNCP Community: Manifesto, Governance, Roadmap for 12 months;

c) Support actions

  • Keep the distribution list from epSOS.
    • Add new distribution lists from e-SENS (maybe a subset of WP5.2) and EXPAND (maybe WP5)

  • Certificates - NCP Installation
    • Are there any news on AT issue:  OPENNCP-62 - Getting issue details... STATUS
      • The need for installing the OpenNCP in AT, was for demonstrate the Stork integration;
      • This urgent action was diminished by providing an alternative installation for demonstrations;
      • But this process of installation raised new issues:
        • AT team should be enrolled so that the OpenNCP can provide the needed assistance;
        • The issues are not OpenNCP issues but some lack of understanding or experience;
        • AT should be more involved;
  • IHE 2014 Connectathon Results
  • OpenNCP 2.1.1 Release
    • DONE
      • Release notes have been shared;

  • epSOS Documentation
    •  Update epSOS Technical Presentation.
      • Licinio Kustra Mano: prepare a page with the PP linlk to last version of the ppt and start a thread on this document to see what we can enhance;
  • CI Migration - Developments
    • Requirements document that is being used for setting up the new infrastructure
      • Download document
      • Infrastructure is being set up, so  that the migration work start.
        • Not sure if this work will be ready before 15th of July
        • SPMS should enter in contact with iUZ to review work ahead.
      • Licinio Kustra Mano Is there anyone to provide assistance (allocate effort) for the migration work?

    • (There is a list of 40 projects running in EU HealthCare - EHR4CR.... reuse the OpenNCP)

      • After Athens Workshop what has been done
        • Alexander Berler (Unlicensed) a lot of discussion is being held.
          • Catherine is living in Boston, so the time for the call needs to be different, namely during afternoon: after 1600 CET, or even later.
    • e-SENS
      • WP5.2 eHEALT Pilots:
        • PT: PS: Patient electronic identification (Portugal)
        • SP, AT, CH: aiming to PAC with Stork building eID 
      • Efforts are being done in order to clarify PILOTS and eID technology roadmap;
      • Licinio Kustra Mano and Marcello Melgara are involved in this discussions;
        • There is the possibility of some of the e-SENS team join the OpenNCP Community next meetings, for JOINT WORK;
    • eGovLab
    • PARENT - Patient Registries
      • OpenNCP as base technology for exchanging information between Registries.
      • Review a specification document for Tendering...
    • eHealthNetwork
      • Should we be dependent from eHN?
        • We should not be dependent but for sure we should not be against.... we should be aligned....
        • Find a way in middle to work together but not depend decisions....
      • There is the eHN Subgroup for upkeep services:
        • Who will be in charge for designing on policies and strategies:
          • Let's listen, not be against, let's be synchronized with EXPAND and other projects, project responsible of technical maintenance on epSOS assets;
            • Gathering inputs from several projects on relevant assets... collect the best assets and keep them rolling;
            • The OpenNCP is the key in the process since is managing and mastering the knowledge.
