MEETING NOTES

a) Developments progress monitoring

Development board monitoring: https://openncp.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=1

Round table on the development board;

  • Already demonstrated (20th Friday) the OpenNCP Portal with Stork AT application, for the PAC scenario.
    • Today AT will demonstrate it today and tomorrow in a specific event;
      • Is this implementation specific for AT or is abstract enough for be used with other countries?
        • Marcelo Fonseca and Kostas Karkaletsis believe that the development is generic, not specific for AT;
        • Isabel Cruz states that other countries already shown interest for doing work on integrating the stork authentication use cases;
        • Marcello Melgara if this development is strictly connected to the portal (liferay portlet), this not a epSOS service or a service from NCP-A;

    • Some extensions for HealthCare Provider are being prepared
  • Last meeting with AT, Soeren Bittins (from Fraunhofer) attended the meeting
    • Soeren Bittins <soeren.bittins@fokus.fraunhofer.de>
    • Olaf Rode <olaf.rode@fokus.fraunhofer.de>,
    • Important developments:
      • Placed some technical questions but agreed mainly with the technical approach that has been followed;
      • e-SENS: possibility of joint work, and reuse or extend some of the work done;
        • the e-SENS is totally different, so expectations should be managed in order to keep work baselines in scope;
      • The recent developments are aligned with the epSOS ESS recommendations, and with Soeren.
  • Are there any issues:
    • Technical: no issues or impediments so far;
    • Governance: no issues, no additional efforts are needed from the community;
  • TEST: There were some out of scope developments, namely:
    • The test the test of the produced assertion produced by the "assertion conversion" tool developed in this sprint;
    • On a separate branch, on hold so far, but they not interfere with the main development branch;

  • Time Goals
  • If some communication about work done is possible, that would be great to state on the OpenNCP Community Knowledge base;

  • Certificates - NCP Installation
    • Are there any news on AT issue:  OPENNCP-62 - Getting issue details... STATUS
      • The need for installing the OpenNCP in AT, was for demonstrate the Stork integration;
      • This urgent action was diminished by providing an alternative installation for demonstrations;
      • But this process of installation raised new issues:
        • AT team should be enrolled so that the OpenNCP can provide the needed assistance;
        • The issues are not OpenNCP issues but some lack of understanding or experience;
        • AT should be more involved;
