Governance Model of the OpenNCP Community

Way of working

The OpenNCP Community is an open source community.

The following meetings are organized on a regular basis:

• The Bi-weekly meeting is organized on Monday 1pm CET (exceptions in case of public holidays...) every 2 weeks. The objective of this meeting is to inform the whole Community about the overall status: activities performed, information about eHOMB, eHMSEG meetings and decision...
• The Technical Committee meeting is organized every 2 weeks and is composed of technical experts. The objective of this meeting is to discuss technical aspects, prioritization of issues, plan releases...
• The Steering Committee meeting is organized every 2 months. This is the instance where issues are escalated for decision.
• Task force meetings: The work of the Community is organized in task forces which are focusing on the delivery. They are organized ad-hoc. Examples of task forces: Security, Release management, Terminology...

Information about project governance, the Community, the software, releases, meeting minutes etc. is publicly available via this platform.
