MEETING NOTES

a) 5º PPT slot - retrospective and lessons learned
  • Final report status
  • [ MM ] Final report will be produced shortly (as soon as the tests are finalized);
  • [ MM ] Curent issues are at semantic and PN level (several issues on document exchange - probably not related with OpenNCP, but with documents building process);
  • [ MM ] New european directive implies a re-arrangement of current eP documents - mostly regarding the document header;
  • [ MM ] Technical interoperability is OK;
  • Release process feedback
  • [ MF ] Release of version 2.0.3 will be triggered (2 more days until release);
  •  [ TODO: MF ] Ask ES about failling tests (to check if it is OpenNCP responsability);
  • Impedments
  • [ KH ] Prepare log for operation - sensitive information is printed in logs;
  • [ MM ] Suggestion: Define log access policies instead of refactoring OpenNCP;
  • [ TODO: MF ] Ask Massi which level of logging is printed in CCD solution;
b) 11º Sprint retrospective and lessons learned
  • Status of assigned goals
  • [ MF ] MRO is implemented at NCP core level, and can be verified by the current integration tests;
  • Clarify Audit messages
  • [ KK ] Portal is totally implementd - only remaining issue (about PDF) is probably solved and will be set in place after the meeting;
  • [ MF ] Once pendiong issues are solved, the sprint will be terminated and MRO declared complete;
c) 12º Sprint Planning (CI Improvements)
  • [ MF ]: Serious lack of resources, only Portugal is confirmed - 
  • [ TODO: MF ] an e-mail will be sent to ask for more resources for the final developments;
