2. New team members

   1. @Stéphane Spahni introduces Dimiter Petrov, who will be working partly on OpenNCP. Stephane proposes that Dimiter contributes on the part related to GUI TSL editor/SMP

   2. EC is also introducing new team members who will be on boarded to the project in the following days:

3. Briefing on e-Sens event

   1. Non-repudiation was tested during past Connectathons

   2. A successful simulation was done last week during the eHealth week in Lisbon, to demonstrate the value of the component about the storage of evidences

      1. It was the first of 3 encounters, integrating lessons learned from previous pilots. Encounters to follow:

         1. Simulation of SMP/SML

         2. eID

   @S will raise the following issues at the technical committee: improvement of eID component, following the observations made in Bochum + storage of evidences

   1. We need to use the best of eSENS resources and the best of the core services resources. eSENS will run until March 2017 - This has to be put in perspective with the eHDSI timeline.

   2. Dependencies have to be raised at the level of the related task forces

      1. with SMP/SML => When will the server will be available?

      2. with eID/eIDAS

4. Briefing on eHMSEG

   1. See attached agenda topics which are commented by @michele.foucart

   2. @Stéphane Spahni also highlights the following

      1. The main challenge is to build trust between the different bodies

      2. There is an important link to be made between audit & testing strategy and and change proposal technical specifications

5. Source code - Version 2.4.2-SNAPSHOT

   1. Git repository is merged into one repository eHealth

      1. the old repository is in read only mode; new developments have to be made on the new eHealth repository, on version 2.4.2-SNAPSHOT

      @S will consult the technical committee meeting to decide if all the components have to be included in the eHealth repository

6. Status task forces

   1. Terminology server - No update

   2. SMP/SML

      1. @Massimiliano Masi will start the developments this week

      2. The integration with SMP/SML will also start early July

      3. SMP hosted at DIGIT (currently hosted at the university of Pirée) - Environments should also be available during July (feedback received from DIGIT)

         1. This SMP is not compatible with OASIS SMP, but it will facilitate the integration with OASIS SMP (cf. the change requested in order to be compliant with the trust model) as soon as this one is made available

   3. eID - No update

   4. Migration to CEF Digital - No update

      1. meeting with DIGIT is planned on Jul 7, 2016 

   5. Security and Load testing

      1. Load - waiting the deployment of this release on the server

         @S and @Yacoubou WAOLANY will align to start the testing

      2. Security

         1. Tests have started on version 2.4.1

7. AOB

   1. @Joao Cunha asks update with regards to the chat functionality on CEF Digital

      1. We will have access to HipChat in the context of CEF Digital Open licences. Also the functionality of multi-user video conferencing, but this last functionality will arrive in a later phase.

   2. OpenNCP workshop with the Swedish team - The following main topics were highlighted:

      1. migration JDK 1.7 => 1.8

      2. migration of openNCP Tomcat to Jboss servers

      3. Interest in sharing knowledge on eID, especially mobile eID solution
