0. House Keeping

michele.foucart: Checked internally about Data Protection in the meeting minutes: We should not mention the people not present...

Rui Alves (Unlicensed): We should check this point later with more members from the Community.

Rui Alves (Unlicensed): Mailing Lists - we are assessing the possibility of adopting an e-mail Tool that allows the creation and management of Mailing Lists (e.g: one for the Steering Committee, one for Tech Committee, one for Developers...)
- One of the possibilities is MailChimp.
- We should discuss this with the EC-Team (possibibly later with Markus) to see the EC vision about this.

Expectations from participating in OpenNCP Community from: HR, AT, SI, allowing them to share there expectations and goals with the participation at the OpenNCP Community;
- Schedule for September - postponed for next meeting since no representative is present today.
- Igor Ljubi (Unlicensed) from HR was present but not asked directly about it: the info is that HR will be in Lisbon on December for the Expandathon.

3. NEW DEVELOPMENTS

3.1 Testing of the new configuration service (from the Commission) (EC)

YacoubouY: We have all the credentials for all countries.
We want to know how we can send this credential to each country. Mail? Sensitive data. Encrypted mail?
- AT HR GR IT LU PT CH - We need the address to send the credentials (to send the encrypted mail)
- Put on a secure server?
- Different e-mails... user in one, password in another.
- Ask CONET the procedure? They should know...

  - Joao Cunha can connect to him and add the EC-TEAM in CC.
- YacoubouY: assess what's the best option.
- Rui Alves (Unlicensed): to send the contact persons.
Last version of TSL-Editor is on Bitbucket - uploaded by Marco - in the download page.
Complete the CS task - CS architecture and small document about... Upload documentation on the Wiki.
We are waiting for the server from DIGIT.
We have made all the tests. We don't have yet the public server - not accessible from outside.

3.2 CDA Display Tool Update

Documentation available:
- Marco Bernardini & S: Had a meeting with Kostas Karkaletsis this morning.
- We are waiting for some samples from him.
- Later we'll need to go through the documentation shared by Giorgio.
- Close cooperation with Kostas Karkaletsis.
- Marcello Melgara: Last release notes are from 2.3.0 RC-0
  - Suggest to prepare a slide for tomorrow WP5 Meeting - link to different element document specification, for countries working on implementing OpenNCP.
  - Link to the CP used by the OpenNCP Community
  - One single page with all the CP and this type of information.
  - Rui Alves (Unlicensed) to prepare this page.

S: Giorgio does not have a sample... We don't know how to get a sample...

Marcello Melgara: No country has implemented yet this epSOS friendly

So, who is in the position to do the job?

S: according to Kostas Karkaletsis, probably Giorgio Cangioli?

Marcello Melgara: All the countries should do this for EXPANDathon.

Marcello Melgara: Will talk to countries to understand who is able to generate an epSOS friendly. Then we will have the sample to proceed with developments?

Who will test eP in Lisbon?
At least one epSOS Friendly for eP and one for PS...

Joao Cunha: EXPAND Spec Main Shop: Me, Masi, Alex and Karima agreed on performing 2 tests

1) Transf to SMP files

COMPLETED!

2) Uploading SMP files to SMP server using jar file.

Working to have SMP integrated in the OpenNCP (partially at this stage)

Joao Cunha: Developments taken into account by CP created by Massimiliano Masi
In expandathon: test Actor-A & Push into CS. Import will not be possible. Only TSL-EDITOR will be affected, nothing else...
In the page: suggest we should start having the content of what's going to be included in next releases.

4. Installation & Installation Manual

- Test script Pithon: Marco Bernardini has written a script in Python to automate the installation.

michele.foucart: Marco Bernardini provided new comments to the Installation Manual.

Rui Alves (Unlicensed): We need to reflect the changes in the Manual.

Marco Bernardini: Created a Python script... Bitbucket on my name - Alexandre Santos can test it - he has writing permissions.

Stéphane Spahni may be able to test. Is there any documentation?

Marco Bernardini will provide assistance this week.

6. EXPANDathon

6.1 EXPANDATHON - Licinio Kustra Mano: 09 Dec 2015 - 11 Dec 2015

- IHE Event focused on C-B Health care services (PS/eP) - alike the epSOS Projectathons
- IHE Event to test connectivity and performance between members
- Interoperability Tests (Conformance) and End2End Tests - we would like to have physicians (doctors)
- All the countries willing to participate - inform EXPAND or inform us here - NO FEES

Goal: Not only test, but help countries gathering evidencies for the CEF Call - How ready am I for applying to CEF?

Licinio Kustra Mano and Markus (Unlicensed): From the Steering Commitee: Two new goals arised for this event:

- - Close the testing stage of these two CS.
  - F2F Discussion on the findings from EC Security Tests

- LUX: Heiko Zimmermann: We have not registered yet. But for sure we will be present
- DG-SANTÉ: michele.foucart: We will also participate. Yacou and Jerome will probably be present, Yacou as monitor and Jerome as tester.
- HR will be in Lisbon for EXPANDathon (confirmed by Igor Ljubi (Unlicensed) in previous meetings)
- SWE will join as well - eP - check who to test with.
- PT will be there (PS A/B).
- IT PS A and B and maybe eP
- GR probably will be there - needs confirmation!
