  1. Take the OpenNCP to the next version;
  2. Assist and resolve any support issues that may arise;
  3. Handover to (DG-SANTÉ) for long term sustainability organisation;

2. GOVERNANCE AND HAND OVER

Markus (Unlicensed): DG-SANTÈ request from inputs (excel)
- Licinio Kustra Mano: The document is being analysed by WP5 Leader, before being sent to Maintenance Shops Leaders for answering;
  - Licinio Kustra Mano: Confirm with Jürgen Wehnert when this document will be distributed. And Confirm ASAP the things EXPAND cannot provide and focus on the things EXPAND can in fact provide.
    michele.foucart: the file elaboration exercise will allow to give visibility to the level of understanding of both parts, regarding the several dimensions for governing the future of the assets (two-way-exercise);
Markus (Unlicensed): Testing stage of the migrated services
- Continuous integration (moving from iUZ to DG-SANTE)
- Central Configuration Services (moving from CONET to DG-SANTE)
Licinio Kustra Mano: Closing the OpenNCP roadmap for 2015.
- eID Leve 2 > OK (maybe require a new component - Workflow Manager)
- SMP/SML > Possible development will only closed by the end of the current week;
Licinio Kustra ManoEXPANDATHON:
- markus.kalliola: Will participate assuming what role? MS or Monitor?
  - Maybe both roles...
- Licinio Kustra Mano Will test conformance to IHE profiles and E2E functional testes (end user looking at the quality of the information)
  - Markus (Unlicensed): Maybe we can also close the test stage for the new central services:
    - Continuous integration (moving from iUZ to DG-SANTE)
    - Central Configuration Services (moving from CONET to DG-SANTE)
- markus.kalliola: Security hackathon: is being done internally with own tools, not a community event.
  - Markus (Unlicensed) How and when to present the findings to the community in order to address them accordingly?
    Security findings are always sensitive to discuss. Would it be more appropriate to discuss it face to face? Most probably yes.
Licinio Kustra Mano: upkeep of current central services
- EXPAND is working on a PLAN B, to sustain the current services until the end of e-SENS March 2016)
Markus (Unlicensed): Discuss the governance of eHealth in CEF
- There will be a SG meeting somewhere in October (TBC), previously to the eHN Meeting where the governance will be proposed for endorsement.

3. AOB

8th eHN Meeting > 23rd November 2015 (needs confirmation on the date)
- The governance strategy proposed for CEF (including OpenNCP Community) will be endorsed in this meeting;
- The CEF financing model will be presented when it is public information (CEF call has been published)

ACTIONS

Markus (Unlicensed): Will provide to EXPAND (WP5): a list of questions related to the general handover of assets, to be answered by specific maintenance shops 28 Aug 2015;
Marcello Melgara / Jürgen Wehnert: EXPAND WP5 share the current job descriptions from each Maintenance shop, as a mean for EC to understand the full range of assets governance that is needed for 2016 and on 25 Sep 2015 .
OpenNCP Community Steering Committee: Communicate to the Community the Governance Model for 2016 and on 22 Nov 2015 or 29 Nov 2015, after the endorsement of the eHN.
Rui Alves (Unlicensed): Next meeting the steering board: 21 Sep 2015 13h00 CET
Licinio Kustra Mano: Introduce EC to CONET 14 Aug 2015 after 13h00 CET.
