  1. Take the OpenNCP to the next version;
  2. Assist and resolve any support issues that may arise;
  3. Handover to (DG-SANTÉ) for long term sustainability organisation;

MEETING NOTES

1. GOVERNANCE

Budget mechanisms:
- We are loosing Industry partners, since we are not able to keep their willingness to continue participating, mainly due to not being able to provide financial funds for development activities.
Handover to EC:
- Building the roadmap to close the handover
  - Licinio Kustra Mano: Write a MoU on what is the handover strategy for the 2 assets related with the OpenNCP (the Technology and the Community)
    - michele.foucart: Markus is at holidays so no decision for EC nor ACTION.
    - Alexander Berler (Unlicensed): confirming the that the knowledge is beyond Kostas, and stressing the point that the community should stay open, not in a close model.
    - Marcello Melgara: the adoption of any OpenNCP release also demands specific technical knowledge that goes beyond development;
    - Licinio Kustra Mano: request for DG-Santé to share a vision of the Governance Model that they are looking to have after the EXPAND is over.

2. SUPPORT

2.1 Migration to WebLogic (EC)

Support issue:

S will update the issue in the board.

2.2 Others

Support issue:

- Licinio Kustra Mano: alert that we may lose the person in iUZ that has the knowledge regarding the current/working CI environment;
  - Licinio Kustra Mano: Request to EC: please try to accelerate the migration, namely by raising the relevant questions that may still persist.
  - Gwen Chesterton (Unlicensed): DIGIT received the the current VM and are assessing the moving from Jenkins to Bamboo.
    - Request for the confirmation of the deadline (pointing end July) and the contact person.
    - Rui Alves (Unlicensed): will liaise with iUZ to confirm this information, keeping Gwnen in CC.

Support issue:

S: The issue still stands;

Marcello Melgara: There is an known issue about the TSYNC on updating the LTR incrementally. The resolution passes by reseting the LRT and load the inform.

Joao Cunha will provide some assistant to the S trying to solve tis one.

3. DEVELOPMENT

3.1 Proxy configuration (EC)

Development Issue:

- S: needs technical support on where to place this code...
  - Licinio Kustra Mano: Raise the question to the Technical Committee: Heiko Zimmermann, Stéphane Spahni and Kostas Karkaletsis
  - Licinio Kustra Mano: please use the issues for communication, even when you talk by email.
  - Stéphane Spahni: suggest that more information can be assembled so specification can be consolidated.
    - S: would like to lead task "Technical Committee: Heiko Zimmermann, Stéphane Spahni and Kostas Karkaletsis";

3.2 e-SENS: SMP

Current developments are on HOLD;
Currently is being written an assessment on the gaps between the eHealth Requirements and the service provision already available ate the SMP/SML.
Rui Alves (Unlicensed) will confirm the next meeting of this Task Force.

3.3 e-SENS: eID

- LARMS, Local Attribute Retrieval and Mapping Services
  - Who can Join: Alexandre Santos, Stéphane Spahni, Ioannis Petrakis, Kostas Karkaletsis, S, @Robert Scharinger, eSENS contact Soeren Bittins;
    - Our scope is to: design and implement the integration strategy of the LARMS into the OpenNCP, and try ho release it by the end of July.
      - Next meeting: 16th July, 13h00 CET; Licinio Kustra Mano will prepare the scene for e-SENS, Stéphane Spahni perspective on the Stork integration scenarios;
      - Marcello Melgara: we should make sure no double funding at AthnN&AthZ happens, make very clear there is no overlap between use cases but there is the opportunity of mutualising the solution.

Marcello Melgara: Trillium Bridge Patient Mediated way of loading document

Patient Access:
- No merge has happened from trillium bridge;
- What about the Transformer?
  - Kostas Karkaletsis: the component has been developed by Keyzer Permanent, so so far we have access only to Artefacts, not to the source code.
  - Marcello Melgara: write some paragraphs on the strategic importance of that component so that it can be used for initial conversations with Trillium and other EU-US MoU.
