0) House Keeping

- Try out the new conference tech provided by the EC.

Note: This conference tech, at this point, only allows to connect to audio/microphone via phone: you introduce your phone number, and after you receive a call and join... An alternative is to dial the number presented.

The EC is trying to make possible to connect to the meeting room via PC/laptop integrated audio/microphone.

At the end of meeting: did this solution worked? Can we start using AdobeConnect?

Audio is better.
Let's keep using it...

a) Activities progress monitoring

- OpenNCP road to 2.2.0

a) Close NonRepudiation (evidence emitter) BB generic implementation > lead Massimiliano Masi (1st April EOB)

b) Design the integration strategy with OpenNCP > lead by Kostas Karkaletsis (Heiko Zimmermann, Konstantin Hyppönen, Stéphane Spahni) (1st April EOB)

c) Integrate with OpenNCP > lead by Kostas Karkaletsis (will provide the estimated guess for development effort by 31st March - tomorrow)

d) QA and Release OpenNCP 2.2.0-RC1-Release Candidate (by 7th of April)

e) PNs adopt the new version (from 8th) (PT-OK, LU-OK, EU-Maybe, GNOMON)

- 2.2.0 >> 2.2.0-RC1 Release Changelog and Notes

- - PT: ADOPTED with some minor version
    - - Custom version of Gnomon Portal (provided by Kostas), working 100%
      - But the RC1 Portal version has some problems regarding Patient document retrieve
    - Joao Cunha will create a new issue on the PT problem found.
  - EC: not yet installed, but most probably will do it (if not sooner) during the CAT first days;
    - Licinio Kustra Mano: provide access to terminology server (download took 3.5h with good internet connection);
  - LU: the components were deployed but not yet tested. Will be tested during the CAT
  - GNOMON: NCP up and running with 2.2.0.
  - HR: new version up and running, with some minor issues.

- - Update the Installation manual with all the great inputs and clarifications that result from installation debugging from 2.2.0.
  - Kostas Karkaletsis Will try to do a new release 2.2.0-RC2 maybe tomorrow 17th EOB.

Regarding

Kostas Karkaletsis refactored the code project to maven. And the updated library will be included on the 2.2.0-RC2
- No expected changes on the OpenNCP code....

f) PNs perform pre+CAT tests (6th to 17th of April)

- - - Scrutiny test for the messages (PNs that want to enrole in this test)
    - PT: Not yet, maybe tomorrow we will be able to do some PS WF tests; the team already have some experience on this tests (they have been on the CAT last year)
    - EC: Not yet. Learning the test mechanism;
    - LU: Currently some tests have been done: audit A and B; not scrutiny; NCP-B certificate problems;
    - GNOMON: Not yet. Will do it from tomorrow!! this is the 4th CAT for Kostas....so he is the WISE MAN on the table.....
    - HR: No tests have been.....

g) PNs perform CAT tests (20th to 24th of April)

h) OpenNCP fine tune and Release OpenNCP 2.2.0 (5th of May)

- The 5th of May looks feasible if no MAJOR changes are needed...
- WHY THIS RELEASE IS IMPORTANT?
  - It is the first release after epSOS!!!!! brain-drain....
  - e-SENS integrated 1st release (Non-Repudiation BB) this will allow e-SENS Health Pilot to start in PPT environment!!!
  - Some countries are working hard to deploy OPERATIONAL services: LU and PT...... this means real patient data... IT and CH also trying to join this initiative.

EXPAND maintenance shop inter-dependencies

In preparation TESTING (IHE CAT 20th to 24th of April, Luxembourg (registration closed)
