MEETING NOTES

  1. Housekeeping
  2. Connectathon
    1. Participating countries: Portugal, Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, in addition to DG SANTE
    2. Meeting preparation - Attempt meeting with IHE (need IHE confirmation => michele.foucart checks for IHE availibility this afternoon)
    3. Scope:
      1. adding eID tests in Gazelle email sent to IHE (schematron is already in Gazelle - https://gazelle.ihe.net/EVSClient/home.seam)
      2. we will test Level 3, but without the verification of the match between the citizen signing the assertion and the citizen present on the TRC assertion.
      3. 15/03 - 10 CET + add countries (PT AU Danmark, Cyprus) inthe meeting minutes
  3. Release 2.4.0
    1. S ask if Alexandre Santos can be contacted in case of problem? Alexandre is no on the project but he can still be contacted ad hoc. Please put Licinio Kustra Mano & Joao Cunha in copy of any communication with Alexandre for organization reason
  4. Change proposals
    Specification maintenance. 2 changes proposals:
    1. National connector and workflow manager
    2. Cache implementation
    3. Digital signature => impact on 3.8.7 specs, so this should be documented
  5. Terminology synchronization problems
    1. Background: issues received from MS, no possibility to synchronize
    2. With the support of Joao, the issue was documented and sent to Carecom and Connet. Some services were not up and running. But the issue still occurs. Issue could be linked to optimization, investigation ongoing on the source code.
      1. Proposed action: MVC 1.8 (end of epSOS) - Ask Carecom who uses 1.8. Ask e-mail + suggest those MS to do a back-up + take a copy of the user interface
  6. Status task forces
    1. SMP/SML
      1. Joao Cunha already reviewed the business analysis document, no major issue - Yves ADAM did not yet made the updates => New version (which should be quite final) expected next Friday.
      2. Meeting with Oasis to discuss the change document made by DIGIT (change trust model) => see if we have a decision or if we need to find a workaround
      3. Waiting tests results from S to take decision on cache implementation.
        • Cache: implementation decision on 18/03 (// with the change proposal, see topic above => michele.foucart will come back on this before Friday's meeting)
    2. Security
      1. The following 2 issues were resolved with the new version of Liferay implemented by Kostas Karkaletsis GPB-69 - Getting issue details... STATUS and GPB-74 - Getting issue details... STATUS
      2. The remaining issues are GPB-70 - Getting issue details... STATUS , GPB-71 - Getting issue details... STATUS , GPB-73 - Getting issue details... STATUS , but those are configuration issues.
        • S will come back with an updated consolidated situation on the issues upon return from holidays
    3. Terminology server
      1. Successful import of LOINC
      2. Open issues regarding the importing of value sets - discussion ongoing  with FH Dortmund
      3. Marco finalized the document that maps CTS2 & FHD database, this is under review by FH people
      4. Next meeting on
    4. eID
      1. Level 3 is ready to be tested.
        1. For operation readiness, MS must provide their national validation servers to be configured on LAM+ component. MS should provide certificate validation servers
        2. This does not impact IHE tests
      2. Tests: we will confirm with IHE if everything is ready to validate => See first topic, meeting with IHE
        1. 1 tests not loaded which is to validate the the certificate from the person's identity assersion the proper linkage of the subject of the electronic signature with the subject referred to in the assertion body; and how to test the link between the 2, because of the inherent security risks as well as support for legal custodian/guardianship circumstances such as (e.g. parent representing a related minor in an emergency situation)
        2. the second advanced use case requires more national preparation, for instance confirming the guardianship relationship as documented proprietary or through means such as a STORK mandate
      3. Level 4 (Stork) and level 5 (mobile solution): missing input from the Member States which did not have the time yet to participate
        1. eSENS will organize a meeting to engage MS to explore level 4 and 5
      4. eID fully tested & pointing to the national servers to validate the certificate.
      5. markus.kalliola refers to the example of ODR (https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=EN) which uses eID (Stork), in combination to ECAS
        1. FOKUS will check whether the slides from ISA Action 1.18 are freely publishable to clarify the big picture and last-mile end-user solutions
  7. AOB
  8. Next bi-weekly meetings   , 2 pm CET
