0. House Keeping

0.1) Discussion starter - how to gather the contacts of each committee and all of members: mailing list.

Important to establish clear communication channels (for Tech Committee, for Gov Committee, ...)
Marcello Melgara: For the time of EXPAND or independent of EXPAND (longer)?
- Licinio Kustra Mano: Should be beyond EXPAND.
- Short term solution may be: follow the EXPAND way of creating mailing-lists.
- Long term solution: perhaps ask EC how to manage mailing lists.

  - Main outcome: There is a proposal of Governance for OpenNCP to be fine-tuned and approved in Nov.

- Heiko Zimmermann and Licinio Kustra Mano: Do we need the SMP to implement eID level 2?
- Markus (Unlicensed): Draft about SMP?
  - We will have a meeting next Wednesday with a document-consolidation purpose.
  - Markus (Unlicensed): important to assure all the new information is available on the consolidated document.

Expectations from participating in OpenNCP Community from: HR, AT, SI, allowing them to share there expectations and goals with the participation at the OpenNCP Community;
- Schedule for September - postponed for next meeting since no representative is present today.

- michele.foucart: aim of this week's upcoming meeting. We will make an overview and status-point this week.
- We have it running in internal services for now.

- Isabel Cruz:

1) we didn't receive feedback from S - if the folder and file was OK

2) Sharing the Jenkins folder? Which is the plan day for ?

Markus (Unlicensed): We need to test the CI to check if it is OK from the outside.

Licinio Kustra Mano: Next Thu, 10th SEPT 13:00 CEST - clarify these issues to close these topics.

Support issue: TSYNC-7 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Status: Licinio Kustra Mano: Alexandre Santos has tried and it took long time but worked.
- Improve the performance of the TSAM SYNC - no bug - possible enhancement added in the Roadmap.
- Markus (Unlicensed): S was trying and the Sync failed.
- Licinio Kustra Mano: We need to go deeper analysing this issue, possibly contact CARECOM with log information.
- Marcello Melgara: this issue has never been reported.
- Licinio Kustra Mano: Please gather evidences (logs), to contact CARECOM: maybe something specific to your environment or credentials.

3.0 New Release: OpenNCP 2.3.0 RC-0

Adoption & Feedback:
- Joao Cunha: We haven't still installed this new version in Portugal- PPT Environment (waiting for Alexandre to come back) - we can provide assistance to anyone adopting this new version.
- Licinio Kustra Mano: Countries involved in e-SENS probably will adopt it (PT, IT, LUX, GR and ES), important to have more countries.
  - Alexandre Santos has made the Release, as part of the Release Management - Knowledge Transfer.

Markus (Unlicensed): Jerome and Kostas has been working on how to test this.
Licinio Kustra Mano: when you look at the issue: it is IN PROGRESS - it was not included in the last Release.

- Rui Alves (Unlicensed): Documentation requested to key-persons.
- Marcello Melgara: We need to wait for Giorgio and Kostas.

4. AOB

Update on Central Services status

Licinio Kustra Mano: Plan A for sustainability failed - EXPAND sustain until Sept. There will be no support from DG Sante from OCT on.
Plan-B: who will finance from Oct to Feb 2016 (EXAPND leading).
Markus (Unlicensed): Yacou working in the config server - next meeting we could share timing to test.
- @Yacou: issue in TLS-Editor
- Java 1.7
- Stéphane Spahni: Please try with Java 1.6 - may be some compatibility issues and try again.
- Markus (Unlicensed): Problem with the client-side, server-side is OK. We should test this. We need to schedule a meeting for testing with Yacou.
- Licinio Kustra Mano PT is also willing to test.
- Rui Alves (Unlicensed): Add on the CI Meeting
