20130208 - Meeting minutes, Friday, February 8th, 2013 (semantic: service2) (with Milada)

Objectives: 

Overall goal is the same as the first meeting (see just after), but here to discuss with Milada about implication of the new use cases on TM and TSAM (and mainly HCER and MRO).

Goals are to give an overview of the requirements of the Semantic miniproject (aka TM, TSAM and TSAM-SYNC) of OpenNCP to be able to support 3 of the use cases described in D1.4.3 (EED SERVICES including specifications for all services) which are PAC (Patient Access), MRO (Medical Related Overview) and HCER (Health Care Encounter Report).

What to do to support MRO and HCER? 

Notes from Marcello  about MRO and HCER: 

  • Marcello:
    • Which are the dataset for theses use cases
    • Minimum changing of XML files (Schematron)
  • Giorgio
    • implementation not yet approved but draft version will be the final implementation guide
    • Concerning the production of new Schematron (we should ask to Eric Poiseau)
    •  
  • Milada &Giorgio
    • coded element list (parameters files ) => subset shouldn’t be change (copy of the PS mainly)

 

We ask to Milada to help us to prepare Implementation specification for the new use cases:

  • Milada is agree to help us (see with Marcello Melgara for agreement between epSOS and Milada)
    • She can contribute 5 to 10 hours per week for this work
    • The deadline of the OpenNcp 2.0 is the 25 of March (Next PPT in April)
      • Deadline for full implementation specification could be in 3 our 4 weeks
  • Milada will have a to read the Specification of the services: D1.4.3
  • Giorgio will help Milada concerning the understanding of the services
  • Arnaud will help Milada on the PAC use case

 

TO DO:

-       We have to decide how to organise work (at least one tconf per week)

-       We have to decide if we want to split implementation specifications in 2 packages PAC_spec and HCER_spec
