Meeting Notes:

  1. Housekeeping
  2. HCPA - the way the HCPA assertions are generated
    1. Today HCPA assertions are generated by the portal (epSOS deviation). TRC-STS-Client invokes web services in TRC-STS to obtain TRCAs
      1. Should we have a dedicated service that generates assertions?
      2. We have an inconsistency with the documentation published on the wiki?
    2. integration with Workflow manager?
      1. Kostas Karkaletsis: TRC-STS only responsible to generate HCPA. But indeed this function could be developped via the workflow manager
      2. We should include Soeren Bittins and Massimiliano Masi in the discussion
    3. Next steps:
      1. S will set-up a meeting with Joao Cunha, Kostas Karkaletsis, Massimiliano Masi, Soeren Bittins
      2. S will dig into the specifications to see if he can find relevant information in order to prepare a clear agenda for the meeting
  3. Status task forces
    1. SMP/SML
      1. S: Joao Cunha has progressed on this task (started to work on TSL editor...) and has found a problem on the current SMP server.
        1. Joao Cunha has contacted DIGIT and created an issue (EDELIVERY-1236), but no update from DIGIT until now.
          1. Background: Solution proposed by Adrien FERIAL (where to put the signature) does not work, developments were done accordingly but the problem remains. So we have to wait for Digit feedback to fix the issue.
        2. S will continue the discussion on the issue with Digit and Joao by e-mail
      2. Cache mecanism - No update
      3. SMP editor
        1. idea proposed by Stephane to assign Dimitri on the changes to the TSL editor to convert TSL files to SMP
        2. S will send an e-mail regarding this topic.
      4. Organization of the next SMP/SML meeting? S will send an e-mail to Adrien with proposition of dates
    2. Migration to CEF Digital
      1. Meeting with Digit on
      2. We have provided Confluence and JIRA back-up to DIGIT, who will assess the effort and time for the migration
      3. YacoubouY will prepare a migration plan identifying the list of activities
      4. Constraint of the CEF digital platform
        1. AS IS we have different containers and we need to merge everything in one space
          1. For Confluence we have merged all the spaces into one space.
          1. The new structure to be put in place is more problematic for Jira, where we have an issue.
            1. A possible workaround would be to start a new JIRA from scratch and keep Atlassian on demand (the old Jira) in read-only
              1. Importance of keeping the history of users (link to releases notes...).
                1. Kostas KarkaletsisMarcello Melgara: Loosing past info is not an option => background info, history of the project, decisions taken in the past...)
                  1. Especially because projects members have evolved over time.
                  2. In addition Expand project place will also be inaccessible soon...
          2. We are waiting a feedback (expected on Wednesday) from Gauthier (DIGIT) to identify the possible alternative (keeping in mind that we MUST conserve the history of the issues).
    3. (eID) - No update
    4. (Security and Load testing)
      1. Olivier has started the security tests component per component, currently blocked because of the generation of the HCP assertions (cf. agenda point 2)
    5. (Terminology server)
  4. AOB
    1. Bi-weekly meetings during summer holidays - propose to "hibernate" the time of the holidays and to start again the 16th August.
  5. Next meeting
    1. SMP/SML meeting?
    2. Next bi-weekly meeting 1pm
