  • New Team Members
    • Intro to the community:
      • Stork and e-SENS: members;
      • Denmark: looking what the community for what is being done by the Community;
    • Enrolment on OpenNCP Community tools: Confluence + Jira
  • TCon technologies
    • Are there better alternatives to Skype + JoinMe, free of charge?
      • EXPAND is using Netviewer: TEST in the end of this call.
  • epSOS "the End"
    • Moving on.. beyond epSOS but for sure some issues need to be addressed....

  • Licinio Kustra ManoCan the OpenNCP move on to the next EPIC?
    • Kostas Karkaletsis: YES, the current epic has been closed with AT demonstration;
      • Isabel Cruz: Robert 
      • Robert Scharinger: from the Stork reviewers we got good comments from EC, Stork was able to demonstrate some working eHealth Use Cases (in Test Environment);
        • Congratulations to the development team....
        • EC reviewers have the expectation that these developments reach Production somewhere September 2014.
    • Way forward:
      • Implemented first version of Patient eID;
        • What needs to be done (from OpenNCP Community) towards Production September 2014
          • Means Austrian use case or all?
            • Gottfried Heider <gottfried.heider@ehealthcon.at>: Minimum 2 or 3 countries, running on production environment eID for patient;
              • Who will be the the countries? Next week (first weeks of July)
                • Maybe: PT, Spain, Sweden and Italy (Lombardy is not running OpenNCP Portal, what can be reuse from current implementation, requires specific analysis);
  • e-SENS
    • Olaf Rode > Introduction to e-SENS eHealth use cases > Presentation file
    • Marcelo FonsecaPatient Access Portal[DONE] Authentication of the patient using his/her eID
      • DEVELOP the final piloting solution for eID along Patient Summary workflow;
    • Wave 1 on e-SENS (eHealth Pilots)
      • Start piloting: 2015, Abril;
      • September 2014: Countries need to commit specifically to what countries want to Pilot.
  • Stork 2.0:
    • Present the work to be done toward project main goals: with support from OpenNCP

      • The need for installing the OpenNCP in AT, was for demonstrate the Stork integration;
      • This urgent action was diminished by providing an alternative installation for demonstrations;
      • But this process of installation raised new issues:
        • AT team should be enrolled so that the OpenNCP can provide the needed assistance;
        • The issues are not OpenNCP issues but some lack of understanding or experience;
        • AT should be more involved;

    • Requirements document that is being used for setting up the new infrastructure

      • Infrastructure is being set up, so  that the migration work start.
        • Not sure if this work will be ready before 15th of July

        • Alexander Berler (Unlicensed) a lot of discussion is being held.
          • Catherine is living in Boston, so the time for the call needs to be different, namely during afternoon: after 1600 CET, or even later.

      • WP5.2 eHEALT Pilots:
        • PT: PS: Patient electronic identification (Portugal)
        • SP, AT, CH: aiming to PAC with Stork building eID 
      • Efforts are being done in order to clarify PILOTS and eID technology roadmap;
      • Licinio Kustra Mano and Marcello Melgara are involved in this discussions;
        • There is the possibility of some of the e-SENS team join the OpenNCP Community next meetings, for JOINT WORK;
    • eGovLab
    • PARENT - Patient Registries
      • OpenNCP as base technology for exchanging information between Registries.
      • Review a specification document for Tendering...
    • eHealthNetwork
      • Should we be dependent from eHN?
        • We should not be dependent but for sure we should not be against.... we should be aligned....
        • Find a way in middle to work together but not depend decisions....
      • There is the eHN Subgroup for upkeep services:
        • Who will be in charge for designing on policies and strategies:
          • Let's listen, not be against, let's be synchronized with EXPAND and other projects, project responsible of technical maintenance on epSOS assets;
            • Gathering inputs from several projects on relevant assets... collect the best assets and keep them rolling;
            • The OpenNCP is the key in the process since is managing and mastering the knowledge.
