          1. IHE received the notification that  Denmark will be present for 2 days. Registration in Gazelle not complete yet.

        6. From last meeting: Maybe 2 more MS can join until tomorrow?
          •  Abderrazek Boufahja: will confirm if preferencial conditions agreed with EC will be kept for registration until 17th March.
            •  MS that enroll now will also have to pay for the system (in the agreement between the Commission and IHE, deadline was specified...)
            •  Licinio asks IHE if we could keep the condition of the agreement until the 17th March? - Main goal is to have MS participating

          •  Licinio Kustra Mano: Brief MS regarding the possibility of registration until 17th of March.

      2. Tests to be performed;
        1. eID related questions - IHE has no test yet => IHE need to keep in touch with eID to see what needs to be tested
        2. 2 validation tools: 1 for the request, 1 for the response. Only for the NCP A, and for the NCP B => Not an interoperability test
        3. TRC assersion - the only element that we are missing is the validation between the match of the person that has signed and the person that is present at the TRC
        4. Abderrazek confirms that it will be the first time that eID will be tested formally
          5. Abderrazek will add the eID NCP B profile => They need to add the profile in their system
          1. IHE used the same schematron as the one used by Massi during the last Expandathon
          2. If we need something to be tested we can contact Abderrazek
          3. Joao Cunha: eID tested in Gazelle and evidences were validated

          Why are these tests are not integrated in the complete workflow eP and PS?

      3. MS Preparation activities
        1. Classic workflow:
          1. Pre-connectathon testing menu
            1. MS need to prepare their systems for the session => MS can start as from now, until the last week
            2. Pre-connectathon test environment wiil be available until 8th April. MS are invited to start the testing activities as from now
            3. Specially for PS and eP workflowsAbderrazek:
              1. Same process as previous Connectathon.
              2. Configuration: Using local copy of their NCP (no external dependencies)
            4. What needs to be prepared in advance? Network configuration that NCP need to do to work easily in the network during the Connectathon?
              1. Configuration of systems, provide the ports that will be used during testing => It is strongly advised to do this before the Connectathon in order to spare time
          2. MS need to follow the mailing list of Bochum: to be provided by Abderrazek

            1. The google group used to provide information to participant in Bochum testing session is : EU_connectathon@googlegroups.com , the participants need to send a request to join this google group (if they are not already added by us).

      4. Preparation activities monitor
