OpenNCP Community: Weekly meeting

- In progress ASSESSMENTS
- Assessment on how much of the current code is based on GPL V3 and what can move to a less constrained licence model (like ASL V2)
- Who's working on it: Konstantin Hyppönen will write a comment on the background of the subject and a recommendation on how to progress.
- Progress report: Licinio Kustra Mano bridge with EXPAND WP5 to contact SRDC as the original author of code.
- Assessment (technical) on the use cases work out on Stork and Trillium Bridge
- Who's working on it: Still not found someone for completing this assessment; Peric Marko <marko.peric@hzzo.hr>, Licinio Kustra Mano: create user.
- Progress report: Licinio Kustra Mano: proceed with new developments without merging, and in some point if needed go back to the project branches and inspire the development of new features.
- Assessment on the Installation guide completeness as well as on the update status of the configuration files.
- Who's working on it: Marko Peric: studied the installation, but not started installing;
- Installing following the installation guide (start from scratch): https://openncp.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AoBjAQ

- In progress DEVELOPMENTS
- e-SENS 5.1: eP and PS
Domain Pilot Plan (eSENS-WP5.2.1-PilotPlanning_v1.6_20150127.xlsx)
- Delayed. The development period already gone....
Non-Repudiation BB is available and ready for integration into OpenNCP official fork:
Non-Rep Evidence Generator: specification, implementation and generation of test artefacts done
Actions agreed:
- 1) Massimiliano Masi: Talk to ETSI REM to find if they have a solution for eHealth Use cases (PS and eP);
- 2) Licinio Kustra Mano: EXPAND L&O: Decide what information MUST be stored on the audit logs (which are the disputes possible on eHealth).
- 3) Licinio Kustra Mano: EXPAND L&O: Check the legal implications of the proposed audit storage. (provided by the eSENS basecamp)
- 4) OpenNCP: Decide what schema should be used for transferring/storing the non-repudiation evidences. (e.g. ETSI REM and extend ATNA)
- Study the standards;
- Study how to store signatures;
- ??Study the non-repudiation framework (source code) provided and check how to integrate it on the OpenNCP (based on facades).
- Konstantin Hyppönen: most probably not able to implement, but is able to design the solution architecture (e.g data structures and what need to stored, the content of the evidence);
- Massimiliano Masi: believes that if we want to test the BB we don't need to have the content of the evidences, but the framework that produces the evidences....
- Maybe the name of the BB is ambiguous: maybe it should be called "Evidence Emitter"
- Licinio Kustra Mano: Can we adopt a Test Driven Development approach, since we already have the 1st test assertion.
- Konstantin Hyppönen:not yet...
- Massimiliano Masi: Test assertions from 1-5 are already tested by the e-SENS "minder" tool; the others are not yet tested (and bound to the OpenNCP implementation);
- Ioannis Petrakis: will check with @Dimitrios.
- 5) OpenNCP: Decide what must be signed in the exchange and how to implement signatures.
6) OpenNCP: Prepare the change request and process (Design how to implement!)
7) EXPAND Spec: Process the change request in the specification maintenance shop
- 8) OpenNCP: IMPLEMENT
- 9) OpenNCP: Test at IHE 2015 CAT (20 April)
- Who's working on it: see participants on the meeting: https://openncp.atlassian.net/wiki/x/GwAJAw
- Progress activity:
- Isabel Cruz: agrees with the cautious actions, and L&O considerations;
- Alexander Berler (Unlicensed): agrees with the process and announces: his team will be able to strongly participate in this and all other eSENS actions from March the 15th.
- Konstantin Hyppönen: clear instructions/specs before implementation;
- Massimiliano Masi: The BB is not about WHAT to be stored, but HOW it is triggered; Just provided the first test assertions (20150302_TestAssertions.xml)
- Rui Pinto (Unlicensed): believes that most probably not before the end of March the PT team will join with new resources.
- Licinio Kustra Mano: Stress the topic in EXPADN WP5
- Rui Pinto (Unlicensed): as e-SENS project contact point, please warn for the risk of not completion before the Pre-CAT schedule.
- Rui Alves (Unlicensed): schedule a dev meeting for next monday (same our than today)
- e-SENS 5.1: eP and PS
