a) OpenNCP Governance EXPANDED (update)

• NO UPDATES since last week 
  Jürgen Wehnert was able to confirm that in near future we will have EXPAND WP5 play together with OpenNCP Community towards:
  • ACTIONS
  MANIFESTO:  https://openncp.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AwBvAg
  • GOVERNANCE: https://openncp.atlassian.net/wiki/x/DYANAg
  • Update the both Manifesto and Governance pages with feedback after EXPAND WP5 KickOff;
  • COUNT ON for EXPAND WP5 Proposals towards Governance and Manifesto; 
    • OpenNCP Community: suggested a Joint Effort (meeting) with EXPAND WP5 (Namely Marcello Melgara who is the Technical Responsible)
      • Alexander Berler (Unlicensed) stated interest and availability for involved on this task.

b) Developments Planning

• REMOVED the distribution list from epSOS (nepc and techLeads).
  
  • Maybe create a page with NCP contact person in each country using the OpenNCP?
    • For support purposes: ?? who is responsible for the OpenNCP Instance running on a certain country.
      • Licinio Kustra Mano: will prepare or reuse some of the current page;
• Add new distribution lists from e-SENS (maybe a subset of WP5.2) and EXPAND (maybe WP5)Request contacts to e-SENS and EXPANDBringing together the project teams:
  Countries willing to Pilot contact person: Jürgen Wehnert (from EXPAND point of view) what would be the best liaison strategy.? brainstorm on this.
  2014-08-01 // (e-SENS WP5 coordinator) Lefteris Update
  • e-SENS will initiate a more regular WG coordination within the 5.2 domain under the responsibility of Domain Leadership, with FORTH and Dimitris Katehakis in a WG coordinating role. The objectives of this work will be to:
    

    1. Update and finalize the definition of the technical solution and business process for the eP/PS Domain Pilot. This will involve the update of the requirements included in D5-2.1 and the use case description in D5-2.3
    2. Provide a detailed plan  for the common domain-level activities of the 5.2.1: eP/PS Domain Pilot, including task descriptions, timelines and expected outcome, interdependencies, resources committed by MS.
    3. Coordinate with MS the alignment of National Pilot Plans with the Domain Pilot Plan.
