  - Luxembourg - has submitted all the concepts and will be present on PAT with this MVC version
  - OpenNCP (Malta) - Will use MVC 1.8
  - Croatia - will use MVC1.8???
- OpenNCP during connectathon will promote:
  - Short stand-up meeting at morning and afternoon
- Code Repository
  - The bug-fixing will be done on the 'development' branch
    - If we create a branch to PAT specifically, it will introduce an unnecessary overhead to the code and release management

World of Health IT Conference & Exhibition > 2 – 4 April > Nice, France

Technical Tasks
No RELEASE planned so far: the OpenNCP 2.1.1 has not an fixed date or scope - YET.

Give one week for team members to think on it and do some research, and come to a decision in the next meeting.
So far:
Discussion has been made on the usage and also some technical tests have been made.
Full integration between issues and commits have already been managed.
First stage test have been made: 60% of global technical.
When do the missing apart: Now or when the decision is made?
Before the decision is the best approach, even so the more critical tests already have passed.
40% test will take a 4h effort more.
Ivo Pinheiro: is confident that this new tool will add Quality in the process of Code Management and Release Management.
Heiko Zimmermann: what licence model will the OpenNCP have?
Marcelo Fonseca: confirms that the OpenNCP is under the Open Source licence provided by Atlassian, that allows us to have full access to features on Atlassian platform (Enterprise License).
Ivo Pinheiro: suggest to make this move after the Connectathon...
Stéphane Spahni: documentation needs to be updated I order to refer the Wiki page where the most updated news/instructions on source code.
Code Development
Continuous Integration Server: migrate from iUZ to commercially independent organization (e.g a PN, iHE)

Bamboo (Atlassian) Vs Jenkins:
For the time being, Jenkins seems more flexibility and Integration Testing.
The CI has been identified with bigger priority than Central Support Desk.

This topic will be discussed again after the PAT.
