a) OpenNCP Community Governance:
- From Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2015;

- Scope OpenNCP in EXPAND
- Take the OpenNCP to the next version;
- Assist and resolve any support issues that may arise;
- Handover to (DG-SANTÉ) for long term sustainability organisation;
b) Activities progress monitoring
- In progress ASSESSMENTS
- Assessment on how much of the current code is based on GPL V3 and what can move to a less constrained licence model (like ASL V2)
- Who's working on it: Konstantin Hyppönen will write a comment on the background of the subject and a recommendation on how to progress.

- Assessment (technical) on the use cases work out on Stork and Trillium Bridge
- Who's working on it: Still not found someone for completing this assessment; Peric Marko <marko.peric@hzzo.hr>, Licinio Kustra Mano: create user.

- Assessment on the Installation guide completeness as well as on the update status of the configuration files.
- Who's working on it: Stéphane Spahni has some ideas on what should be Updated. markus.kalliola has been dealing with some difficulties installing, so he can be a good source of improvements; Marko Peric is also performing and installation and is facing some issues regarding certificates and configs.

Non-Repudiation BB is available and ready for integration into OpenNCP official fork:
Non-Rep Evidence Generator: specification, implementation and generation of test artefacts done
Patient Access to Evidence BB: Massi and soeren are currently reviewing available technologies, Massi brought RESTFul IHE ATNA into consideration
TODO (6): integration and publishing as official component in at least official e-SENS fork of the OpenNCP, potentially also as a generalized service from CIP
TODO (7): generation of technical installation documentation and guideline / best-practice for what evidences need/should be collected (potentially with collaboration with WP4)

- EXPAND (via PT): epSOS Central Services renewal for 6 months (most probably starting March 1st)
- PT will financially support this action, since no agreement has been achieved between countries on collective financing approach;
