- Requirements document that is being used for setting up the new infrastructure
- Infrastructure (requirements document) is being set up, so that the migration work start.
- Procurement is taking longer than expected,

b.1) STork/e-SENS: eID Strategy and Components (common)
- Specification and Design:
- STORK in OpenNCP: eIdentification and Mapping Procedures
- FutureID: AW_ epSOS usecases in FutureID _ eSens.pdf
- Complementary to STORK (Stork used in a more centralized services architecture, while FuruteID is more local seamless services).
- Next events:
- e-SENS
- Work meeting: 10 to 12 of September... discuss and validate the e-SENS eID component;
- Having some of your team members attending e-SENS meeting on the 10 to 12 of September?
- Alexander Berler (Unlicensed): makes sense, but is depends on the Agenda and the Venue (Athens would be easier);
- Isabel Cruz: f-2-f meeting could be more productive. Needed support on financing travel expenses.
- Licinio Kustra Mano: will try to find that support (first as OpenNCP, then as PT e-SENS Beneficiary)

- September 2014: Countries need to commit specifically to what countries want to Pilot.
- Wave 1 for eHealth Pilots: Start piloting: 2015, April;

- Developments Effort Estimation (for UC1, UC2, UC3) DONE (end of July, by iUZ and Gnomon);
- Educated guess: end of developments DEC 2014;
- Engagement of countries for Piloting actions (end of August);
- Candidate countries to be contacted: AT, CH, SP, IT?, PT, GR, MT??, LU;
- LU: confirms involvement with Stork 1 and 2, but so far we need to wait a little bit more to confirm if there will be able to pilot.

- Trillium Bridge
- Working meeting 17th of July (Licinio Kustra Mano participated as PT);
- Alexander Berler (Unlicensed):
- ISSUE 0: We are truing to make Trillium bridge implementation to be more clear, so far is not so clear;
- Is the architecture proposed compliant with the OpenNCP?
- A compliant architecture need less effort. A more specific architecture may demand more effort, and for that, most probably, not able to be in place for October.
- Is the architecture proposed compliant with the OpenNCP?
- ISSUE 1: Financing is not in place (TB is not able to support). What alternatives can be considered?
- CEF is not a solution, since it will be there only in 2015 (Q1 or Q2)
- ISSUE 2: US side developments are not progressing as wishful, due to some political constraints;
- ISSUE 0: We are truing to make Trillium bridge implementation to be more clear, so far is not so clear;
- October 2014 US (Boston) Demonstration;
- Start to seem more difficult to accomplish the GOAL for October, having in consideration the current status;
- New meeting will take place this week (more probably in the 25th).
