a) Support and Maintenance work progress

  • Support issues
    • Decision was taken: no FORMAL RELEASE only for this matter
    • The fix instructions have been delivered and work just fine.
      • HU and LU confirm that the fix work.
    • Create a new issue: for document the IMPROVEMENT in the code.

 


  • We should involve Spain in the loop...
    • Juan Pablo Martinez.... LKM: MUST call him in order to bring......

  • Technical Tasks
    • No RELEASE planned so far: the OpenNCP 2.1.1 has not an fixed date or scope - YET.

    • Moving from "Google Code" to "Bitbucket" (pros and cons) > https://openncp.atlassian.net/wiki/x/F4ANAg

      • Give one week for team members to think on it and do some research, and come to a decision in the next meeting.
      • So far:
        • Discussion has been made on the usage and also some technical tests have been made.
        • Full integration between issues and commits have already been managed.
        • First stage test have been made: 60% of global technical.
        • When do the missing apart: Now or when the decision is made?
          • Before the decision is the best approach, even so the more critical tests already have passed.
          • 40% test will take a 4h effort more.
        • Ivo Pinheiro: is confident that this new tool will add Quality in the process of Code Management and Release Management.
        • Heiko Zimmermann: what licence model will the OpenNCP have?
          • Marcelo Fonseca: confirms that the OpenNCP is under the Open Source licence provided by Atlassian, that allows us to have full access to features on Atlassian platform (Enterprise License).

       
    •  Continuous Integration Server: migrate from iUZ to commercially independent organization (e.g a PN, iHE)
      • Create the issue in Support Board.
      • OPENNCP-54 - Getting issue details... STATUS
      • There is a meeting for 11st March, in order to better understand next steps.
      • Bamboo (Atlassian) Vs Jenkins:
        • For the time being, Jenkins seems more flexibility and Integration Testing.

    • Request for technical advice on several technical liaison aspects:

      • After first response from our side (March 10th), no more feedback from project side

  • OpenHIE - National Pregnancy Registry  in South Africa
    • Pending answer from OpenNCP: OPENNCP-57 - Getting issue details... STATUS


  • COUNTRIES (NEW COMERS)
    • UK: 7th of March with Jeremy Thorp (meeting lead by Licinio)
      • DONE, with 2 special outcomes:
        • Interest and possibility for using the OpenNCP technology for create a PPT environment for epSOS Service in UK;
        • Confirmation of the good path namely in the use of Open Source.

    • NL: meeting not yet scheduled, but first steps....
      • @Marek is promoting the OpenNCP Technology, but LU and NL need to evangelize some stakeholders in Belgium in order to crate an positive environment for the OpenNCP acceptance.

  • World of Health IT Conference & Exhibition > 2 – 4 April > Nice, France
  • IHE Conectaton 2014 > 7 - 11 April > Vienna, Austria
    • Supportive Nations to be determine (locally or remotely)
    • Luxembourg and Croatia will attend
    • Who will be the supportive PNs (PS, eP/eD)?
      • No answer so far
    • Obtained confirmation by Fredrik Linden (Unlicensed) about :

      • OpenNCP TEAM
        • Technical preparation needed > Schedule a meeting for discuss these topics: this week;
          • System enrolment in IHE Gazelle
          • Pre-PAT Tests
          • Confirm of budget and logistic instructions for OpenNCP Team members
          • On site Technical Configuration,
      • Find Experienced PN
        • FI: will NOT participate
        • IT: 90% not available
        • PT: 50% chances - still pending for final decision.
        • CH: NCP will be up, and could remotly provide the needed logs (PS)
        • These questions have been raised in the last TPM & NEPC meeting (March 11st), but with no straight answer.

  • Shared boot on LU with epSOS and 9-11 April: Med-e-Tel event: http://www.medetel.eu/index.php
    • Any support from the OpenNCP Community???
      • Show case with LU PPT Environment.
      • Any need for OpenNCP Community present???

  • eHealth Forum 2014 > 12 - 14 May, Athens, Greece
    • LU: probably will be there concerning the HL7 boot
    • Juergen: will be there for epSOS and Expand
    • OpenNCP / epSOS Workshop
      • epSOS 14 May: needed a clear perspective on the time slot and audience
    • Already obtained some TPM clarifications on this, but still their are some questions to clarify:
      • Questions:
        • Financial issues (who will pay travelling and accommodation for the OpenNCP team members)
        • Time slots (date confirmation - 14th May? )
        • Technicalities from the presentation - will their be a live demo of something????
    • Proposed by OpenNCP Community


      • SESSION 1: Introduction to the OpenNCP Community (Marcello Melgara (but some time constrains), )
        • Licinio would like to be there for that, but so far and concerning the "Industry role" he is playing now (not as PT), he should not be the one representing the community.
