2. HCER Development progress
-- [MM - minor Impediment] The TM and TSAM (PoSam) - they will be release in June 3.
[MM] Already available: Schematron and Model Base validator: MRO and HCER
[Kostas] PT-187 and PT-189: Moved to QA
[Konstantin & Fonseca] HCER - 1st) Needs Functionality TEST and 2nd) Model Base validators;
[Norbert] Automated test should be adopted at this stage, regarding that Model Base validators for the HCER are already in place;
-- ACTION-1: [Norbert] Assure with Eric that the services from Gazelle are ready for integration and sustainability; (The most important task is guaranteeing the availability of the Gazelle test services during and beyond the lifetime of the epSOS)

2. Create a branch release/1.1.4 solve the issues that eventually occur during the 4th PPT slot (This will be the last branch created for support in the 1.X.X OpenNCP)
3. Release the OpenNCP 1.1.4 after 4th PPT slot
4. Merge release/1.1.4 with development branch
